As long as ur engine did not stop,it shud be alright.Idling shud be set at

If urs is a BS bike,u can check at BS.Just look for the staff in charge &

tell him that u wanna check whether urs is indeed a BS or parellel.

They will check ur engine & chassis #.If it's BS bike u can ask them on

the spot for the warranty card as ur shop did issue the card to u.

All repsols design bikes comes with all the stickers but in a separate box.

You ask ur shop about this & insist them to give it to you as it is in the package.

If urs is BS bike & ur shop says that the bike didn't comes with the stickers,

ask them to confirm with BS.The orig stickers is not cheap (3m Stickers) !

thks for the info guys... i told my shop tat i need the warrranty card so that i wan 2 ask BS to check my bike.. he told mi to go mah motors instead!!! if i hav any prob wif my bike!!! WTF!??:mad:

You should go direct to Boon Siew.

If your bike is under Boon Siew, they will issue a factory warranty card, if not, sorry.

If they said that,just go to mah & ask for warranty card if ur's is a

BS bike.Don't forget about the sponsors stickers that comes with all

Repsol design bikes.

Another way to get ur warranty card is to go directly to BS.

Provide BS with the log card & they will check if ur bike is indeed

a BS bike.If it is really a BS bike just tell them that ur shop didn't give u the

warranty card so that BS will give u the warranty card on the spot.

If ur shop insist that there's no stickers with the repsol design bike,

tell BS about this too.Ur shop must give u the stickers coz it comes

with the repsols.Hope this helps you :goodluck:

Guys,good news ! Now the Leo Vince exhaust is finally street legal !

As I knew last time they quoted me $648 nett (titanium) but you need to fix it

at your fav bike shop.They will even pay you for the inspection fee !

Actually I already placed a deposit last time when they brought it in.

It is in the process of getting it approve by LTA.They told me that if

they ordered the pipe in,they won't refund my deposit if they didn't managed

to get it approved.If I pulled out before they order,they will refund back

my deposit.I chose to pulled out coz they can't confirmed with me

how long to get it approved or worst still,whether LTA will approved

it at all ! That time they need to produce the RPM vs DB papers but

they didn't have it.Finally,after about 3-4 mths,they finally got it approved.

 

I got myself an ARROW already :smile:

 

C/F & Titanium cost the same.

Considering the price & sound/brand,it is a gd deal :thumb:

LTA is slow.. still waiting for them to revert to me on my request to have Devil approved. If by Dec/Jan they still do not reply me most prob i would settle for Laser or Arrow.

Laser extreme for cbr1000rr is going to be approved by lta soon

How did you write your letter? if you don't mind, post it and allow me to scrutinize. How long have you waited for their reply? Usually it takes a week. Unless they're not interested in your case, it takes longer.

 

I think for Laser exhaust, it's better to keep the mud guard, otherwise the rear looks too empty and beng. Just my opinion.

 

Am looking forward to see / hear a Leo Vince & Laser on a Blade.

the mails are at my workplace.

 

actually i had sent in 1st email on 31/10 with a softcopy of the cert

 

received a reply from them on 10/11 which was a standard reply and to ask me to submit supporting documents

 

replied them again on 11/11 indicating all the details they needed were in my initial email less the emission test reports which devil were unwilling to release

 

yesterday received call from them saying i must submit all in writing(hardcopy) as they do not accept emails

 

what a waste of my time should have upfront informed me of this...

LD as Tashi suggested,post it or pm Tashi the letter that you submitted to LTA.

Let him scrutinize your letter & advise you what went wrong so that it will

look more convincing.He's great in writing letters & telling grandfather's stories.

That's not true, I'm only good at complaining.

 

I think LD is doing good on his own. I spoke to LTA on several occasions. They prefer snail mail somehow. Managed to "psycho" them once, which is why my Arrow has an unprecedented permit.

 

I suggest you to go down and talk to them.
