how do we check if the batt is gonna die out or something...coz i bought mine second hand and i dunno if the batt is still in good shape..and whuts the price fer batteries

FC average about 16~17km/l. It a 17.7L tank.

 

No lah....our tank is only 17.4L nia. That time got ppl tested liao....when enter reserved the meter will end at -3.4L.

anyway...

 

i wanna find out where i can find these following parts via webby or locally

 

Rear Fender Eliminator with intergrated signals

Gear Indicator (the more accurate ones) dun mind with voltmeter

Single Seater

 

Anybody selling these parts can msg me at 91890843 though...

Get a voltmeter..... Battery is $150 - $160... Yuasa YTZ 10

I based on spec mah. They say is 17.7L then I convey message lor. Anyway there is also slight error on the meter one. For exampe, I pump 17L based on pump meter but the bike meter might show I used 16.7L. Not 100% accurate but near there. :angel:

i already informed mah....this 2 month all my shift crash. Never kena a nice off day lor...how to organize. Ask Jonest or YOU (YONGSTER) lah:angel:...maybe local outing let him/ you plan lor. Im not good about local outing....:cheeky:

As Yongster has pointed out, use voltmeter to check. Check the voltage on the battery. Normally after you have rested your bike for a long time and WITHOUT switching on the bike, the voltage should be around 12V to 12.4V. Anything that is lesser than 12v is almost a goner. Also note that when you start the bike, the charging at the battery should be ard 13V to 13.2v. If the charging is more than that, the battery is also spoilt. You may noticed the battery will be slightly bloated.

Local trip not so tempting leh. No rounding for me as well. Petrol expensive hahaha. Plus too many bikes ride together is a TP/Road block magnet althought I got nothing to be scare of lah. Just to be safe. Zheng Fa Steamboat buffet how how?

correction sir... charging voltage is between 12V ~ 14.9V. anything lower is not charging & anything higher is overcharging... =)

14.9v seems like very high. But I do remember my voltmeter hitting 14.1v during riding. Well anyway, it good to share knowledge :p
