Ya had waited for the rain to stop but still end up wet during midway when returning So when are u joining us for makan? Its been quite sometime since u told me next time

My time schedule is dependent on my gf man.

Just now lass jio me go for a outing i oso got to accomodate her.

yoz guys......

 

Juz came back frm PG..... my bike low side and went and fell on the left into the sand pit at turn 2..... all was ok..... suffered superfical damages on the left......

 

Damages:

 

-left mirror broke

-left middle fairin cracked and got one big hole.....

-left tail fairin scratched.....

-left signal gone ( still should be at PG turn 2)

-left head lamp scratched

 

Anyone noes how much will it cost to make every tin back to original? meanin replace the mirrors, patch up the fairing, replace the left head lamp and respray black with matt grey bottom fairing plus gettin the original stickers......

 

My budget not over $1.5K.....

 

Pls advice........

here are the break down. estimated.

 

mirror - 60 plus

head light (both sides, no 1 sided) - 700 to 1000

fairing patch and spray one color - 300 to 500

signal light - 50 to 70

 

above are the estimated price. could be cheaper or more ex. just a reference.

The below price are estimate only. You can try FJT for the exact price. Not Boon Siew because they are way too expensive.

 

[Replace Left Mirror Only]

Part Number: 88120-MEL-003

Description: MIRROR, L. BACK

Price: $75

 

[Replace left headlamp]

The whole left & right + the small center light comes in 1 piece. You cannot just replace the left headlight only. Either u replace the whole unit, or u buy headlight protector to hide the scratches.

Description: HEADLIGHT UNIT

Price: $485

 

[Replace left signal]

I suggest u replace with aftermarket signals.

If u like the original, i can find out the price for you as there are 8 parts altogether to make 1 signal unit.

should not be over 200 in my opinion.

Cos ur other side is okie, and ur 'damages' are really very minimum.

Most is they do touch up.

And what about ur bottom grey?

My advice is not to respray yr bike if u intend to go PG again. Juz touch up abit can liao. Best is if u can get a race fairing. Perhaps juz replace yr mirror and signal lights.
