I am using G.P.T and it would give incorrect reading when clutch is slipping.

 

cos of way how a gear indicator tap on the system, the reading may not be correct due to playing of clutch and clutch slipping.

Just wanna check, how long is the entire incident gonna take ..? Workshop tell me 3 mths ..? WTF ..?

 

Like that I will be paying installment for nth ! And if I wanna engage in lawyer they tell me gonna prolly take a year ..? WTF sial .. Unacceptable la ..

cos some parts are not readily available..

especially the brackets to hold the fairings or some other components.. have to order.

Ya, my bike only came back to me after 2-3 mths. Then the court case finally settled in nearly 2 yrs.

for example, currently the meter dun have stock. the last one available in Boon siew was purchased by my friend.

Waiting for the results of my case .. As soon as the person get demerits PTs means I win Liao means repair can start w.o negotiating then ! Praying hard now for answers to be out asap

aiya if u wanto claim him gao gao even if it takes 2 years the $$ one lump sum give u also...

the period without the bike u can also claim transport expenses...

all this claim under ur injury claims...

just ensure the parts for ur bike are brand new.

Bike can be ready if all parts available.... Depends on how fast they work on it....

 

As for compensation wise, repair costs you dont have to worry coz the other party's insurance will pay the bike shop.... As for personal injuries/belongings claims, can take sometime.... Mine took almost 2 years to get the money.... -.-"

 

By the way, did you make claims for your personal belongings like your shirt/tshirt/jacket, pants/jeans, watch, gloves, helmet, etc.... Anything thats damaged as a result of the accident can be claimed.... Plus whatever receipts for medical treatments, taxi for travel to & fro for medical treatments blah blah blah.... Can claim also....

 

Good luck for your claims (anyway, since the driver admitted he's in the wrong, its clear cut case & punishments will be dealt out very soon....), get well soon & start riding again.

all the parts replacements come from diff dealers..

then there is one part replacement is the onli one left in boon siew..

the rest dealer dun have stock.. but i mix up wif the items..

I wish to know how to claim big from such drivers. It would be heart pain seeing my bike got crashed till like that.
