Hi bro and sis. I am intending to get a used 250R from Ubi this coming 5th April. Actually i am no speedsters but did bought some gears before i got my bike. such as a protetive cameo " Artic tundra cameo type " pants, a no frill black boots, a Motoair protective jacktet with air bag , protective gloves, an nova helmet. .. 1. Am i over protective? as I did not see that many bikers wearing such on the streets? 2. How do one able to survive (not the fall ) the heat if wearing all these , as I read it somewhere even a 20 KM/H fall can take your skin to the bones ? 3. in moving from a day to day, how to wear daily communter clothes , yet be protective? if you fellas can give me some tips , thats much appreciated.

i saw someone riding kup with full race gear on. and people riding r1 with shorts and slippers. just wear what u think is safe, at least a full face and glove
