Hello Guys.. I'm thinking of getting Renthal handlebars, but I noticed that it is Quite on the long side...

I'm a person who always squeeze through traffic and I think the handlebar will pose as a problem..

U think I can ask the shop to saw off part of it to make it shorter?

Yes.. Tats wat i did.. I sawed off 1cm per side.. It will give u the normal length of a s4 handlebar.. Best is u get a low bend or mid bend handlebar. High bend will make u look funny and its tiring on the back..

Im 1.85m so a scrambler handlebar is quite comfortable for me

You will also save the cost of having to replace throttle/clutch cables and brake hoses.

Are you able to still use the steering lock and does the tip of your bar touch the tank when the handlebar is at full lock to either side? Can you post a link to the exact handle you got. I'm only a bit taller but want to achieve a sportier position on my 08 revo.

Brothers... First off, Happy valentines day!!

I saw a bike with very cool license plate... It had chrome 3d letters on a black

board... The letters and spacing was at the correct size so I think it's allowed..

Anyone knows where I can do this?

Whether your handlebars will hit the tank or not is depending on how much you roll your bars inwards. Or you might wanna upgrade your front end.

K-Tech from UK has spares for our bikes.

Great, do you have a web link of the clip on and could you also take a photo and post it here?

Thanks Fazli. At this stage I think I'll look into changing over the stock handlebar to aftermarket clipons.

Do google or ebay for renthal oversized handlebar. Preferably midbend or low bend

Oh ya Embossed not 3D :)

Alrite thanks man, I'll check it out... Hope it doesn't cost much.

I went to JW and found the type I was looking for, it cost $50 and it wasn't Legal,

So I just did the acrylic number plate adding 2 Honda logos... Cost $22. $15 for number plate and $6 for stickers.
