If Harry never inform all his customers where he has shifted his business to and they can't find him to pay their installments, then I feel that he should not charge extra interest or summon them for defaulting on their payments. It is his responsibility to his customers to inform them of his location. If he couldn't be bothered, should it be me, I too couldn't be bothered to look for him and pay my installments... :sian:

Guys,

My friend whose bike is still under instalment from AS Phoon has sold his bike to Motorsales in June last year without getting any cash or forking out. But Motorsales did not transfer the name to them instead just pay instalment to AS phoon every month. Now that Motorsales had closed again, how is my friend going to handle this matter? Old Harry also cannot be found since they closed shop already. Any body knows his new place, please inform. Thanks a lot.

Guess what...

Harry is hiding & has shifted to Potong Pasir. A friend managed to contact him to settle some matters.

In case you guys got any things to settle with him, feel free to visit him.

 

Just helping some riders out there whom been finding him coz of bike matters, I supposed.
