hi bros,

need some advice and info.Get my R1 07 last september, then after riding for bout 3-4 months.the engine trouble light came out then went back to agent for help(still under warranty).so much time and trip wasted during that period.so defect was rectified and found out that the trottle body was faulty so they did a replacement at no cost.i believe yamaha warranty only 6 months or

so recently the engine trouble light came out again and my distance is about 9000km,i suspect it's the part that they replace become faulty yet again.do u think the warranty still valid for the same part they change before?i never do any mod to the engine...all stock....yet don't understand why the bike got this problem again.while travelling halfway, the trottle suddenly got no respond even if turn....it just maintain at idling while moving.so stop ,off engine and restart...engine light goes off...and appear a little while later....

should i go back to the agent to clarfy the defect if the same area again?

This is bad, man. Considering that Yamaha and R1 are a reputable company and bike respectively. What went wrong? Circuitary issue?

Engine trouble warning light usually refers to mechanical related faults.
