I just want to curl up and die.

And was having lots of dreams and impressions regards to composting. I soemhow was even able to have a 1 hour nap from a sleepless till 5.48am with a dream that I have plenty of earthworms on my lap, hoping to convert me into a useful compost that actually does good to the earth then my current self.

and I was so calm about it.

I think as long as you got defensive riding, it doesn't matter what uniform you wear..

PS: you from what vocation? no.3 uniform? MP?

To ride on the road, You need skills,Stamina, or even luck.

But to be a good rider, you have to change with your environment, and adjust yourself to its rhythm.

Cultivate the confidence to face the different situations. Don't let yourself to be subdued by the environment :thumb:

Riding in uniform and to camp not needed. Riding IN camp needs defensive riding.

"Wolves and sheep will live together in peace, and leopards will lie down with young goats, calves and lion cubs will feed together, and little children will take care of them. Cows and bears will eat together, and their calves and cubs will lie down in peace." Isaiah 11:6-8

a high ranking officer will tell you to go thru the proper channel and also see camp comandant

, it really depends on the CCO of the unit. some can some cannot and some ba5tard. they do not allow bikes to be rode in as well.

as a SOP inorder to ride into camp you must have a Defensive riding cert.

I thought the female version of Encik is Cik?

Encik is Mister. Cik is Miss. Cikgu is Teacher.

I remember back in my NS, we only used Sir and Cikgu. Sir/Ma'am was for anyone higher than your rank, but we sometimes used it on everyone else, even the those lower ranked then us, out of respect and Cikgu was used for those regular, seasoned driving instructors.

Thanks for the clarification

You still asking this question? :slapforehead:

Try to plan your route with Google Maps

If you can save up enough, get GPS, then play around with it

This guy I know.

he is reaching end 40s. Single, not highly educated & just recovered from stroke. he was one of those fellas who rolled their credits and got into debt kinda person.

so anyway. he loves driving and this stroke, was more his stubborness at work, then actually something unexpected.

Ok. So he used to live a fairly high life previously, with all those fast cars which he was previously dealing with or owns. And now he is a down and out fella recovering from stroke. Jobless & penniless except for the parents helping him out.

So there I was, offering him taxi licence and even security guard licences and even offering to pay for them and place him in jobs.

And he still do the stubborn pride thing and refusing to engage himself into putting himself back on the job scene. And yet, he developed a health conscious demanding that we do not pressure him cos its bad for his health.

Errr......when people stop supporting you financially. Is your health going to improve or you should starve to death earlier?

Really pissed off.

Mummy lied to me.

And then now she has the gall to tell me stories, that she was forced to the ATM to withdraw S$2k while in JB where she won whatever crap lucky draw to buy two magnectic mattress and now claimed she did so under duress.

What she didnt realised, is that I already got the story earlier. That she went to JB with my housemates mother. She was pushed to scratch off a lucky draw and my mother was the one stupid enough to insist that other people will buy the mattress and earns $500-$600 off it. So my mother was the one who went to buy those mattresses, and then realised how mad I will be. And lied to me about it.

And even worse now. She blames my housemate's mother for leading her 'suay' with this kinda con happenings.

i wont be embarrassed to say/ask this but..

thing that's bugging me right now are the control of the motorcycle at low speeds; turning right or left from stationary..sometimes throttle not enough, the bike almost tipped over (i had to use my leg to kick the ground).. too much throttle and i'll end up doing wide turns.

sure, i've just passed my TP 2 months back and have been riding everyday..so i dont think it's the issue of getting used to the bike (or am i just disillusioned?) as this thing comes and goes; sometimes, i would be able to do such turns smoothly without almost falling over.

But recently, i just cant do it..have to paddle and make sure i don't have to turn too much and risk dropping the bike. And for U-turns, i'll do a 3-pointer, at times holding up traffic (but only at carparks)

it's so bad till i refrain from doing U-turns unless absolutely necessary, and going to places that involves maneuvering the bike at such low speeds, such like shopping centres etc.. i used to go for joy rides and enjoying every moment of it, but since the "discovery" of f**king up low speed movement, i just ride to work and come home, (straight road to e'way, and back.)

i would want to enjoy riding very much, but I'd say my confidence in riding has pretty much taken a beating and the joy taken away, nonetheless. =((

how do i deal with this? and thanks for looking..

just have to add this, after 3 weeks..

my u-turns are cool now, i realized all i have to do is to look, twist the throttle and just turn the bloody bike. i'm amazed why it was bothering me in the first place.. i think i think too much. lol

have a good one, lads!

A woman in late 20s, divorced and has a 6 year old gal with her. Has a ex bf that is stalking her. And last night, her daugther mentioned to me, that she dont feel like going home, because that 'daddy' slapped her. She scared she will be slapped again last night because that guy is stalking them again.

And the Mummy herself is insisting that there was no slapping. And this stalking, living together, running away, harrassing thing, has been happening for a year already.

We are all frankly sick of these kinda drama relationships thingy. But with the child like that. I am really concerned.

But another side of the story could have been the child was instructed to say that, to milk the sympathy of others. Much like how some divorcing females will condition their children to say that daddy abused the children so as to prevent the father from see-ing the children anymore. (Its emotional & some kinda offensive blackmail thingy I known females to do.) In this situtation, its to 'reinforce' the mummy's sob stories that she was harrassed and stalked. (I think the reverse psychology is that it shows that Mummy as desirable.)

And on another side. If the child is really affected. There isnt much we outsiders can do, except hope for the best. There is so much advise against reporting this situation, as they say the child will be separated from the Mummy and so on adverse effects. And that i will be the sinner that is doing that. Sigh.

What's bugging me now is why are there so much politics among different groups of riders in SBF. We are all riders, we ride under the same sun and we all... live under the same sky. So whyyyyyyyyy... whyyyyyyy.....can't we live as one?
