Ya, 1st to do hazard light, 1st to fix voltmeter(maybe?) haha.... 1st to install ezzoiler.

I upgraded mine to the deluxe version... looks great man! xD

Morning!!! Got FCW fer mi :x LOL! Hmm, I think deluxe is the final liao... Yep, 20dolls top up to upgrade . Looks sturdy and great man.. There's a part which is made of brass.. haha.. Probably 2nd to try the deluxe version.

You got so many stock on hand meh? haha.... Let mi try using it for a week 1st, i wanna see if it fries any part on my bike to be on the safe side. As of now, the reflector seems good, headlight assembly no cracks If it works good, definitely i'll help u promote!!

the cracking will be on the reflector surface...

might have blurring,melting,cracking...

Just abt to reach back to office, I tried off and on again, press the ignition button, the Meter goes blank and restart... jialet liaos... i think it's the effect of installing the light bulb or hazardlight.... Look at my voltmeter, it's quite stable for the start voltage, 11.2,11.3 . Hm... harness fry?

what electrical stuff you have installed?

i doubt is your headlight bulb...

how is your hazard light wired up?

1st time you face this problem?

Voltmeter and hazard light lo... Harness didnt fry since i able to crank and start my bikey.

i don't think is the voltmeter cause the voltmeter will only read whatever is in the system....

do a simple diagnostic to isolate the problem...

(better to disconnect your volt meter from the ground/-ve side at the batt)

 

1) start your bike as per normal,confirm the problem is there.

 

2) disconnect your alarm(your alarm should have a fuse,plug that out) and start your bike,if the problem is gone then its your alarm,if it is there might be other things.

 

3) disconnect your hazard lights and start your bike,if both hazard and alarm is disconnected and problem is there then is your bike component problem.

 

4) put back everything and start up again.to see if the problem is 1 off thing.

if its the bike component,then have to bring down to workshop liao...don't have your bike electrical diagram to see where links to where which might cause the problem...

Wah! So messy... Hazard light is tap from left hand switch de wire there nia... It's just a on/off switch. Hmm..

@YenYu, By right your voltage at start should be around 12V. If you lots of crap installed that's drawing power at start (alarm being one of them), it'll show 11.9 or 11.8. Anything below I would be worried.

When riding, how much is the voltmeter showing ?

Alvin is right, you have to investigate by unplugging/plug back accessories one by one.

 

Oh, also, if you have a multimeter, test your battery's voltage to make sure it's not the battery that's gotten weak.

I suppose you mean engine running in ?

65km/h max for the first 800-1000km. There also are limited speed for each gear.

Did you buy a brand new bike ? if so, my advice to you is read the manual at least 3 times. Then scan it and email it yourself to read again when you need to
