hmm today my bike feels ultra smooth..

 

wonder if its becos i changed from petronas back to F1.. or perhaps the ambient temperature this morning is colder..

Good thing I went to ask and let them test, is actually not much difference with or without dB killer, just a bit more beefier sound and is still within exhaust noise spec in singapore, also some repo

no leh.. my last tank of Petronas (overfilled) gave me 690+km before hitting reserve and i was pillioning half the distance! quite surprised!

Hi guys,

 

My old man has been a great influence on me especially since he himself is a rider. He's passed his chiongster age but still enjoy touring up north to malaysia and thailand with his group of biker. Once I remember I was his pillion and we went with a convoy up to Penang. We set off during midnight and took about 7 hours and that in my opinion was the best 7 hours in my life.

 

Well, I just pass my 2B about few months ago. When most of my friends my age are riding bikes like spark,wave, SP & Krr etc I decided to get myself a 2nd hand Pulsar after stalking this thread for months.

 

I am now the proud owner of a pulsar UG3 180-dsti.

 

Love the cosmetic look of this bike

The rather silent exhuast(unlike those kpkb 2B bike)

The auto signal cancellation

The digital speedometer

The fuel consumption of the bike(save me loads)

The fact that I know this bike is not build for speed(keeps me living longer)

The clueless expression of friends when I tell them I'm riding a Bajaj Pulsar(priceless)

 

Been riding the bike for close to 1 week now and am loving every moment of it.

 

In short this greenhorn here loves his bike!! and is hoping to learn more from all the lao jiao(old birds) here :) :) :)

heh congrats Darky, do join us during our BTMO (bajaj team monthly outing) sessions to get to know more fellow riders and share knowledge on the bike :)

i still using that nite's petronas leh... 300+km since last AGL trip which saw the accident...haha... i super under-ultilise my bikeeeeeee

Riding : To enjoy POWER in between your legs. HORSE POWER that is.

mine use (sg)caltex 95 can tong till 660+ then hit reserve liao. too lazy to go jb pump. hahahaha :angel:

Hai.. i went there this morning and saw a piece of paper paste at the gate there.. waste my trip down there.. friday open liao i'm going down to do some service of my bike in the morning as soon as they open...

Is petronas petrol good?? FC?? last time i pump caltex ron 97 engine keep dying after i start engine while i pump shell 95 or 98 got no such problem..

Our engine always so hot after traveling a distance.. anyone got install anything or know wat to install that can cool down the engine faster?? is burning hot lor beat an egg there also will fully cooked lor... anyone got any advise??

most bikes r like dat wat. or mayb only pulsar bikes r like dat. duno leh, mayb can install fan or heat sink. :angel:

hey pulsarians with UG3..anybody knows whats the small little orange light at your odometer is for? sometimes it glows bright and sometimes its dim..

 

Got orange indicator? I think its the red one at the speedometer isit? thats the low fuel indicator.
