Singapore Road Condition - Caution For Bikers

This topic juz pop up while surfin this site.Hope it will benefit all of us who r travelling on the road ,whether ridin for transportation or any other purposes.For a start,I'll hav the ball rollin...

 

 

On FEB25 at about 0145am,I had an accident.SELF SKIDDED...location slip road from SLE to BKE.I guess most of u guys jolly knows the location.Malay riders called it 'korner seposen' ...'10cent corner'...I wonder how on earth this name comes about...anyone???

 

To be exact,at the bend after the white 'speed reducing' stripes .Unnoticed,stones n gravel were lying on the road n in no time although I did reduce my speed n tapping the brakes,my bike eventually skidded.Extent of damage:

 

1. government property - NIL ;

2. motorcycle - minor ;

3. self-injury - S4M riderz knows the extent of injury....

 

Lesson learnt : Be more cautious nex time !

 

Tats about all,hope all riderz out there do hav a safe ride on SPORE roads...CHIAOZ

 

 

 

u can call LTA and ask em to pay the damages as the roads are not in a safe conditions n u fell becos of it..

 

my friend called up LTA n he got a full compensation...

Bro, fyi we did went to e outskirts of LCK cemetery last time... we didnt went in is bcoz b4 tat we went to near sime ave cemetery If u wanna, u can organise 1 & create a namelist... I'm sure most of e bros here r waiting, cheers!

2100hrs - Gather at West Coast MacDonalds

2200hrs - Move off to Lim Chu Kang Cemetry

2230hrs - Reached LCK cemetry, explore............

2315hrs - TBC

anyone went to labrador park recently?

there was a slope to go up 1... on the left is go to the car park n etc, on the right is go to a very old house which last time was blocked....

 

i drove up in a car ard 6+ 7 pm..... balls ... T.T...... faster make a 3 point turn n go off.... anyone went there before? any stories? looks very powerful over there.... went to changi old hospital... never got these type of feeling before.... the feeling is very strong.... T.T

btw, 2 weeks before, a friend of mine skidded at the jb custom.. the alot of corner.. its after the old custom. it was slippery. my back tyre oni dance and lucky managed to tap to 1st gear in time. he was riding gilera, so no engine brake.

 

just ride safe there.
