yeah.. i think u better ask them to mass order. 1 roll can cut up to 5 pieces. and i noe alot of pple want to do. 1 person come out with $2 each and diy mesh design n colour. do ask around. shop is at blk 30 near Lim Ah Boy. u can park at sungai road bike parking. the shop is right in front.

i am also trying to look for those with small / find holes, the one that I currently have the hole is quite big (about 7mm wide).

 

let me know if you guys can get the small holes mesh (less than 5mm wide). thanks

so far i could find there are plastics 1..can use? won't melt due to the heat?

maybe u can go those car accessories shop and buy .but no design,got quite a no. of colour available.the thing call sports grill.quite big piece. i think can do up to 4 or 5 bike in 1 piece,hope this can help.

Those wanna DIY can contact me... Mine is DIY but not sure if its up to your standard. ITs a simple type with no spraying. Its plastic and it wont melt cos its thermostat plastic.... I have been using it for 1 month so far. Nothing melts and is godd in preventing the stone from going into the radistor mesh.

i need feedback from all radiator wire mesh users after putting in wire mesh does ur fans frequently on? mine does..after certain period abt 2hr of travel..

my mesh holes are small..does it have any effects?

Mine doesnt bro. Still the same as per normal usage. I tink ur mesh holes are too small.. ...dats y the fans is werking extra hard to cool down the bike.. i tink only la.

yeah mine is small currently i on test with few riders which i DIY for them, i have few designs to diy.. but i need to on test first..this is my first design for them..

Wah nice design yah....not bad but i think your mesh hole too small. No wonder the fan keep running.

 

Btw just unscrew the nut the put the mesh onto the radiator? Might wanna DIY also.
