New technologies never fail to amaze me and this is one which could revolutionalise the automobile industries... "water-gasoline hybrid systems" :thumb:

Backlash would be on the petroleum producing countries (OPEC) and companies... a bitter pill since lower reliance on petrol will erode their monopoly/domination over power supply around the world o_O

I have written to LTA asking if such technologies are feasible here and if these "save the world & pocket" mods could be approved by LTA for use in our cars

Next million dollar question is... how can it be used on motorbikes?

Coincidentally, i just reading on water powered cars last night. Spend many hours searching over the net. This website seems to be a hoax.

Although there is amazing gas HHO. The flame can melt even tungten red hot in secs. (claimed temp 6000deg.) although the flame is safe to touch. Amazing rite.

Quite amused by the website. I just couldn't believe that I could convert my car to run on Water; all this for just $49.97 . Pushed my SCAM alarm button. If water was enough to power our cars like oil does, wouldn't the big automotive companies, who spend millions researching new technology, had caught wind of it?

Have you actually put any thought about this water conversion? If you live in colder climates, how the hell do you keep the water from freezing? Why not consider how to keep the water from boiling and evaporating the moment you start your hot engine?

This whole conspiracy oil companies trying to "stop the power of water from being used in the automotive industry" is a usual ploy of scams that proposes this so-easy-that-they-don't-want-you-to-know-about-it alternatives.

Why is it called HHO and not H2O :?

Did some searching on it and found out that HHO isn't a new idea and had been around since 1966.

I wouldn't put much weight into this water "technology" from the website, not by a long shot.

sounds more like the it uses some electric caused reaction in water to generate some combustible gas that's used together with gasoline on internal combustion engines :p

amazed i may be, but still dunno know if its true

but hey! people mocked the wright brothers for dreaming of flying... today we're flying supersonic

i wished it works, then we can burn less fossil fuel and save the world :thumb:

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. I just think that the website is riddled with too-good-to-be-true claims and provides no citations or reputable sources. If you can drastically save fuel and lower emissions convert your car for the lowest price and be able to run it with any engine and all you need is some container stuck to your inlet manifold, trust me, the world will notice (i.e the catalytic converter did that for emissions). This quick-fix scams just prey on our $$$ and what we want to believe without actually doing anything. :)

I, too, hope that we can find an alternative source of energy to lessen our dependence on fossil fuels. Hydrogen fuel cells seems to be the way we're heading but it's still some time before anything becomes commercially and practically viable. :thumb:

guess the one good thing that comes out from the rising fuel price is that many automobile manufacturers are now more fervent in developing green cars for consumer use :p

or we'll just have to wait for another "wright bros" to appear... warner bros no use leh :cheeky:

Hi guys, got 1 question here: normally in a bike or car, what happens to the excess electrical power generated by the coil after deducting the energry used to power headlight/cdi/charge battery etc? Or does the coil generate just enough to meet the electrical requirements?

is it a scam? you decide :cheeky:

obviously, the sellers used VERY INACCURATE & MISLEADING TITLES intended to gain extra attention.

"water to power your cars?"... not true, gasoline is still required

Let's begin what it is not. You are not going to create a car you fill up with your hose.
its only a gadget using some electrolysis to produce hydrogen which is then channeled and mixed with gasoline before injection into our ICB. gasoline is supplemented, not replaced... unlike the hi-tech hydrogen hybrid cars developed by car manufactures. idea is actually not new, just that someone came out with cheap DIY versions of "hybrids".

What the website may not make clear is that you are not purchasing a ready to install system. What you are paying for is an education in ways to increase your fuel economy plus the directions to build your own hydrogen on demand system.
After doing some research on the basic part of the system I have found that it operates very similar to alcohol injection kits that have been available for racecars for many years.
So, what does it do? In a nutshell, it uses your battery to extract hydrogen from water. It combines the hydrogen with your gas in your engine, burning the gas more effectively, therefor saving you money.

So, I spent $57 and built the device and installed it.

I am not as motivated as some of the people that have done this. Consequently, I did not double my fuel efficiency, I only increased just over 50%. 21 mpg to 33 mpg, in my car. Not bad. Is it a scam? No.
