Last weekend evening, I was passing by Vivo when I saw lots of bikes parked on the pavement and grass patches near St James. This situation was far worst than before. This was quite a ugly sight when someone is passing by into Sentosa gateway as the bikes are parked in a very disorderly manner. So far no ticket from Uncle Sam? Won't this attract attention from Sentosa management?
