When e letter comes, u'll be penalised with 12 pts but u can still ride & pray tat u don't get caught for even a single point offence...

And many will just stop riding for a yr from the date of penalised in order to clear e record back to 12 pts or in ur case 24 pts...

you still can ride with 0 points. and after a year will reset to 12 or 24.

Cos i also kana.

So in the year be VERY "guai". DO NOT have ANY offend. DUN evade ERP or GO direction AGAINST Traffic.

So in the mean time PRAY for 12 points. But mabbe he didnt clock you. :D

ts, i surprised u don't know how to love ur life, and others' and license. there is no excuse for testing.

most prob u will lose ur license since it should be court case. even if it is not, i hope u think twice before 'testing' next time.

TS...want to test go 2nd link..worst2 just pay RM300 fine or 50SGD kopi money....or go for track session..I always advice my classmates (from ITE) not play in SG,its just not worth it.I understand the itch to open up and feel speed, but do it at your own risk.

thx for the info guys, i do realise its my fault and i'm not placing the blame on others:cheeky:

we all make mistakes b4, and its thru them we improve.

now i regret 'testing' on that stretch of road, or on any road for that matter.

to add on n confirm, that area's speed limit is 50kph

and would also like to know, how do they calculate the demerit points we get when we're speeding? is it by the difference of speed between the allowed limit and the speed we are going?

Ur speed is 57kph more than e allowable 50kph...

It'll depends on how e TP Officer charge u...

He might not state tat ur offence speed is 57kph in extra...

That's y FOS is asking u wat e officer told u...

This means you exceeded the road limit by 57kph. :giddy: That means under the DIPS you are liable for 18pts and court case. Abd that means if you p-plate, license revoked. And you can only reapply to take all the tests and lessons after 1 year. I feel sad for you.

If it is a 60kph road, is 12 points and court case. License not revoked.

well, the TP asked me to continue riding with him to find the speed limit sign, and asked me to pray hard its 60 and not 50.

That might help if you come up with some stories like u need e license for tan chia aka rice bowl purposes & while u were caught by e TP, U've got a terrible stomach upset tat u need to go to e loo urgently...

Ur MP is there to help u solve ur problems...

He won't b there without u...

So pls let him/her earn his/her pay & don't say such things as wasting his/her time althought it's true tat others might have a more critical problem for him/her to help solve it......

But then again... Like FOS mentioned, betta face e music like a man lah...

I tot now just pass TP is 13points? correct me if im wrong coZ i heard it from my frenZ who recently passed, mayb he dua me lolZ

Anyways be it 12 or 13 points, if u kana 12DP u still can ride, but one more point of offence onli and ur a goner. So better dun ride until ur points reset next yr to 24 haha.

Limit 50km/hr or 60km/hr u also exceed alot liaoZ haha just dun think so much for now, wait for the letter to come then start to worry. Please don't try to speed again k, i've been through it before, the urge is strong but i always keep telling myself, If revoke i cant ride so carefree again. So everytime I will go max like 100km/hr on expressway. cruising this kinda speed oso quite relaxing wat haha

Exceed by more than 50kmh. 18 points. License revoked, court case + fine.

Prepare to say goodbye to your 1.5month license & start all over again after your revokation is over.

You do not seem to value your life nor your license. Be a man & face the consequences. You totally deserve it.

Whether you exceed by 40 or 50 km/h, you have to be charged in court. That means the MP won't be able to help you very much, unlike the lower level offences which are more administrative.

The only difference is what gorgonitz says, which is whether you still hang on to your P plate or give up your licence. This depends on how much you have exceeded the speed limit.

If it's an 18-point case, and you want to convince the judge that you should retain your licence despite going 40 or 50 above the speed limit, :goodluck:
