Just sent my bike in for a Full body check up, was advised by Chief Roy to get the OWS Fuel Injection treatment for the bike.

OWS has a 3 in 1 engine treatment. This Fuel injection cleaner is just one part.

Current review so far, throttling is quite smooth, the OWS cleans away the carbon/sludge build up at the Fuel injection nozzle...was advised to give this small pampering every 2-3mths for the bike...

Any brothers tried other Fuel injection cleaner products? can share info

Good for you, Divine :thumb:

How long does the full body check up take? and whats the cost of the treatment?

Are u having the engine cut-off issue, nikon? If yes, do send your bike in.

I believe there are some other bros here who encounter the issue and still haven't sent their ride in to have it fixed.

It doesn't matter how long it takes. Just send it in and have it checked and re-solved. This applies also to those who don't have the time or just don't want to get their hands dirty for DIY maintenance. Always make sure our ride is road worthy so we can ride with confidence. Only then can we truly have fun riding. :)

lol somehow it became a blessing eh, but you fractured both arms and it took you away from the forum for so long bro, was it worth it?

Nice pipe...scarly he go and change to the same one.

BTW, i haven't heard the sound yet!

Nope, not getting nivlek's pipe :p

about 200+

I also considered RS Taichi Rainmaster but I found it to be too bulky.

RainMaster + JK-702, bag pack with lap top = way too much to carry :)

I personally think money is better spent on an armour jacket. For rain protection, the Bike Pasar Malam cheap ones are good enough.

lol.. got "bike" pasar malam meh ? where sia ???

Aiyah, Singapore only got 1 bike pasar malam right?

That place where you got not much time to inspect what u want to buy coz lots of people squeezing and jostling for space with you and need to bargain for good price. Pasar Malam style :)

I dropped the bike off early in the morning. Hats off to them because CKA's Ah Ping worked his arse off to get the bike ready and clean.

Assume they started work at 9am. Ah Ping called me at 4pm. -1hr lunch so total work hours was 6hrs. I can't really say what they did to do the "system analysis" and "clean up" because I wasn't there. Hence I'll ride for a while before updating...

The OWS fuel injection cleaner cost $14++ please confirm with CKA the price bro.

by the way, whats the price of your RS Taichi waterproof jacket?

I've got a RS TAICHIA waterproof jacket. It cost mi about 130/140 like that. It includes the top and bottom too :D Quality wise is good too, way better then ahboy's one. Haha...

That sounds like a RS TAICHI raincoat... I was thinking for day to day riding, more convenient to just buy an armored jacket that is waterproof...but those are like 200++ just for the top...

If you got both at 130-140, i'm guessing its a raincoat, tio boh?:cheeky:

Ya Tio. Raincoat. He wans those with armour plate ones ar? That one is at least 250$ lea... My model is RS Taichi RainBuster Rain Suits. If u wan waterproof should be RS taichi DryMaster Version one. Those are more towards waterproof ones...

Guyz I highly recommend the OWS fuel injection cleaner. My throttling is really smooth now.Other than the smoothness of the engine thx CKA.....

Yes brought it to CKA for the check up. Might have to remove the SideStandSwitch to help resolve the situation...

You haven't tried bulky yet. I was at Chiap Lee today trying the Water Proof Touring jacket from REV'IT. It felt like I was putting on weights....yea you got ankle weights now you got full body weights combined into one REV'IT. So heavy and tight I needed their help to get out of it.

Was thinking of getting CLOVER motorcycle Jackets but the ones at ChiapLee are old models(still selling at full price BTW)

HodaKa still the best value!

huh!! OWS fuel injection cleaner need to remove the side stand switch? is that a plus point or a minus point? coz i find the switch quite good.. anyway i tot you heard the pipe tat time? its the same as the old carbon fiber

LOLS!!! i only found one CONS, which is not very much of power, imagine 125 cc with such big body. even spark is 135cc. PROS is almost any other things about this bike man.. FC fantastic, stable, 4stroke make it easy to maintain i guess.., with proper pro grooming this bike looks like hot chick..

eh..ows fuel injection cleaner is to clean engine..

change sidestand switch is to resolve the engine cut off problem for most of them..

this 2 thing is 2 different case

Hi guys,

have been reading this thread with interest, lots of useful info :)

Went over to CKA this am to check the bike out as i'd only seen pics to date. Very impressed with the looks and size - fits me perfectly (187cm tall). Roy was also very helpful which should make for good future service.

Might see another RWR on the road soon - what colour though????

How? Sound will definitely be more quiet than without box.

Did you drill holes like I suggested? Someone (RWr rider) tried it without drilling holes and noted that there's no power gain. "might as well not use K&N", he said. I tend to agree because the whole idea about fitting K&N is because its a free-flow filter. It allows the engine to pull in more air than stock paper filter. The effect is better fuel combustion, thus better power output.

Good effort, binteng! Let us know how the ride feels, ok? :)

Welcome, FIAarri! :)

Yes, the team at Kaki Bukit are good and reliable.

FYI, when I was considering buying this bike, my first choice was Black. Love the black/orange scheme. :thumb:

Searched and waited for 3 months but couldn't find so I'm riding a red one now. Growing to like it as well.

cheers

2morrow try again .. i just now forget about 1 impt thing -.-

i reverse the way of using knn..

and i ride onto highway for 10-15min + 5min at a super dusty road...

i think my engine is clog up by the dust that stuck on the KNN cus of the reverse air-flow..

2morrow go down cka and do some cleaning on the air-box and the knn filter..

there no need to drill hole or so whatever..

if you really bought knn and doesnt want to use it cause hate the noise and put at home like a waste..

you have 2 choice..

1- SELL AWAY..

2- just attach and forget about cleaning your filter anymore..since it doesnt really need to wash or clean everytime..

Anyway, what [time] u going CKA? Got to go visit my baby too. Hopefully can be same time and have fun doing your box. Let me know time ok?
