hi all, just a curious question.

do i really need to get a helmet with psb sticker to attend all pratical lessons and tp?

i saw the model of the shoei helmet that i wanted that locally being sold here, but i got lobang to get the same exact model from overseas at cheaper price, but of coz there will not be any psb sticker on it since i bring it in myself.

my question is will they spot check your helmet when you wanna take pratical lesson and the final tp test?

thanks and hope my curious question is answered. cheers!

Seriously, why would you even want to consider that and put yourself at the mercy and risk of immediately failing? A learner's helmet can be purchased for around $30 at most driving centres. And if you're considering a Shoei and is willing and able to pay for riding fees, that $30 probably won't pose a affordability issue to you.

My advise - go ahead and purchase that Shoei. But save it for till after you've gotten your license.

go for lessons use cheap psb helmets.

Those fellow learners whom I saw wearing what jacket, full face helmets etc are always made fun by the instructors...

so far my lessons I went I only saw expat ang mo wearing shoei, arai etc...

Then no sticker can't even attend lessons.

Yeah, just get a cheap psb while learning, or use the helmets there.
