I organised a mass order a year (Or two) ago for KRR owners who were concerned about getting their seats, and fuel tank stolen. By the way, you dun even need to squeeze your fat fingers beneath the seat to open the lock (Either the front or the rear seat). All you need is **************** and 2 seconds to get it done. This will work irregardless you remove your rear handlebar or not.

 

As the order was large the last time, it costs only $35 (Cheap insurance) for a pair of machined "protectors" to prevent theft. There is no need to cut anything at all and the design has been throughly tested & tried. It is a bolt & go application and can be reversible anytime. If you guys are still keen, I'll negotiate with my regular machinist (I think he still has the plans & dimensions) to see if we can arrange for another batch to be made, hopefully at the same prices (If the size of order is smaller). If we can gather more orders, I'll press him down for prices.

i am very interested in that mechanism, i'm definitely in if there's any ordering

what u mean by getting it done? u mean the cutting of the 2nd slot in the bar? or the mechanisem to prevent theft?

Yes... You can go to AGL and ask the mech there to get it done... I got it for only rm10...

Go hardware shop and buy la..Shouldn't cost you an arm and a leg..Pretty handy..If you have got the $$ get a grinder..Shouldn't cost you and arm and a leg also..Just a couple more times pricey than a hacksaw..But no need to use brute force to cut..Ahaha..

hahaha... Just to cut one slot go and buy something which may burn pockets? Just go AGL do ah.. At least it's worth it...

Hehehehe.. True... But for me i think wouldn't need it as my bike have suffered enough CUTS... here and there... You know what i mean... Do you have the grinder?

Used to have one but it goes KABOOM..Well I got it for free anyway..Now its brute force..

 

I understand la..Lacer bike must cut here and there..Remove unneeded weight so can fly..Ahaha..

actually if ppl really wanna steal the parts from ur bike..

everything can be stolen...

its just wat safety precaution had done by the owner of the bike to reduce or prevent them from stealing ur parts...

basically i neber done much precaution to prevent parts kana stolen from ppl..!

 

etc: if i dun 1 ppl to steal my pillion seat...i add a small metal pic to block tool from pushing the lock to open my pillion seat...!

 

etc2: for rider seat.. u can cut the wire shorter and wifout the round hook to prevent ppl from putting thier finger in and pull the round hook...

 

the two example above cost u $60 singapore dollar.

payment can by paid by any AXS station.
