This VHM head was custom made after I sent the race kit head to their HQ to manufacture it. Squish is set at 0.65mm (Similar to some of the 2 stroke MotoGP race machines). No gasket is needed and in place of it, an O ring helps to seal. Yes, it is a 2 piece head comprising of the external head (Gold colored) which is CNC machined and the replaceable insert.

I paid in total more than $600+ but I'm prepared to look at all reasonable offers from interested parties to own a unique piece of performance mod which promises good power delivery across the entire rev range, better coolant channels to remove heat more efficiently than the stock head (If you were to compare with the original head, you would be shaking your head violently against the Kawasaki engineers' design!)

Anyone for this?

Another part you guys may want to consider is the Vforce System for the KRR. This replaces the entire reed cage assembly and has more reed port area than competitor products. Do not confuse this with reed valve petals (ONLY) products as they are merely replacing the stock fibre reeds for carbon fibre ones. It still uses the puny 6 windows on the stock reed cage. The Vforce comes with 8 large windows! Read more about it.

I bought it brand new at $275 and am letting it go for only $170. Confirm no regrets!

Or this? It's important to have good throttle response (Don't have to wait till your 7500 rpm before the power hits you.... by then, you would have gotten into a lot of sh1t)

PDK heads no comparison.... I used that before I got the VHM.

Disagreed with the temperature issue. The KRR (Or any 2 stroker) is fine straight out of the box without modifications, without missing out/delaying periodic servicing (and subsequent snowballing effect from the next few ones). Even carbon buildup and wear & tear changes operating cylinder temperatures (We are not talking about coolant temperature which is shown by the temp gauge in the KRR).

To raise a 2 stroker is easy but to maintain cylinder temperatures(If I remember correctly, the magical figure should be 104 celcius). Short of complete replacement to a radiator with better cooling efficiency (Which is only singular purpose & it is still bottlenecked by inferior channeling of the stock head), the VHM can assist in the same and also offer the flexibility to change combustion chamber shapes & squish with greater ease, and because of the modular design, prevent costly head replacement bills (Especially if the head is regularly decarbonised using scraping method to remove carbon buildup resulting in change of the combustion head design or in the worse scenario, foreign objects ripping through the combustion chamber causing internal damage). In this example I have experienced personally with my KRR with a small piece of piston retaining clip breaking off and wrecking my piston, stock head, and cylinder. All needed replacement and cannot be salvaged.

For the uninitiated, what does high cylinder temperatures mean or why should I care? Simple. Many bikes have kept seizing (Piston jam) despite getting the jetting "correct". A little too lean, it seizes. A little too rich, power is down and engine lasts a little longer, then seize again! In the end, lots of $$ spent, no solution in sight when it was really simple. Heat is not effectively removed fast enough.

I have been deliberating on buying the VHM for a long time and I'm glad I finally did (I finally took the leap of faith and after getting it, the only regret I had was that I had taken so long to make this decision). I'm very sure the new owner of my VHM will feel the same way too. Price is very negotiable to keen buyers but low ballers (Especially the #%%^& who dared offer & insist on $50 - You're an insult to yourself) please stay away.

His reasoning... other bikes' used heads also don't cost so much, so I must accept his "reasonable" offer. Used RXK examples extensively.

I wonder really like to see him try buying a used Lamborghini Gallardo, telling the salesman that Perodua Kancil costs many times less. Confirmed a hit on youtube! However, this sale of mine, I have met a lot of nice guys (Most very straight forward to deal) but also a small number of interesting individuals.
