the tp spoke to my colleague when he stopped at the road shoulder ... that's why he got chance to debate with the tp on the issue ... anyway, he lost the debate

 

tot u mentioned the tp stopped in front of u and wrote something down? guess the only thing to do now is to wait and see whether got any thing thru the mail

so in normal case where by there's no TP, it's safe to stop at the road shoulders.. ? cameras around won't take picture.?

i only know of cameras that 'shoot' ppl who speed and those that monitor traffic conditions ...

 

but really, after hearing so many accidents involving vehicles parked at road shoulders, that is the last place i would want to stop ... esp near bends or at night when visibility is poor
