just bought a fazer 600. realised the fuel consumption is 16km/litre. was wondering any difference from you guys? : ) pls enlighten me

 

depends on what you do to your bike and your riding style and is it highway/start stop traffic.. several factors, as usual. but generally 16km/l is a little poor. i get about 18/20km/l.

i change gear about 5-6k rpm, mostly highway riding.

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

Yeah saw 2 ROV today with their Diversions. Now they no longer using VFR800P, use Diversion 900 instead?

 

they are using 3 bikes in their fleet..

 

Div 900, VFR 800, and CB400 Bol'der.. :sian:

I would like to ask, the pole light besides the headlight, anyone changed theirs to LED white and had trouble with inspection? I have no idea what's the default colour.

Mine still red LED pole lights...last year passed inspection with the red LED pole lights & tis yr also passed but the inspector keep asking me to either chg to same colour as headlights or take out...sianz... :(

this year's inspector ask u change same color as headlighta ah? go change ur headlights to red LED h4/h7 to suit ur polelight.. hehehe..

reason pretty simple... faired in tourer/sport-tourer, naked in naked bikes... the % of people who tour is less than the % of people who rides in street... my damm logic... hahaha! :angel:

Dear Fazerians, I've posted my bike for sale just to see if I can sell it off at my demand price.

So I reckon i'll be dekitting, just in case I pull out from the sales. So if any of your friends out there is looking at a Fazer to tour with, can probably have a look at my tour ready Fazer.

Some joker quoted me 13k immediately via sms after I post. It's a whacky world... or rather whack SG...

I happen to see this on youtube, fazer with a shortie. I just called in to check with HKL but they have yet to get back to me, just wondering if anyone of you here is using a short pipe?

Hi guys, I have a question to ask. Please see the attachments. The photos show the changing of spark plug for Fz6. I found that the rubber that is circled in the pictures, is worn out/broken. May i know where i can get replacement. Also may i know what this rubber thing does?
