Top mount rack is only for Spec 3 as the rack is secured from the top.

Sh|nHwA- and bitting point,

anyway dun bother much abt it ya, regards to the rack issue.

to Sh|nHwA-,

for spec 1/2 and version S/R/ PB1

the rack is mount at the suspension nut and near the tail board point.

it is "consider" as less strong as box is heavy will weigh down the rack thus weakening the point at the tail board which will result in it giving way.

for spec 3 it is mounted at the suspension and at the pillion grab which is above the tail board. this will allow the weight to stronger.

cheers

eh, i actually re-setup my wingrack on my own. DIY.

jus tat i'm borrowing his place and some tools.

i believe he would also be able to do any common givi racks and stuff as long as its not beyond super special request...

u might wanna drop by eddy ong should u have anything in mind to do and i'm sure he'll welcome u!

there's one more type for SPEC 3.. only mounting point is at the hand grab.. looks nice but of cuz will be more stressful to the subframe thou..

FYI, S4 sub-frame is welded on one..

correct me if i'm wrong..

hmm... so for spec3.

which will be more better for strength.

the top mounted rack or the mounted near the tailboard there?

ohh.. paiseh

ya that is less common but avaliable at motoworld back then nt sure now have anot.

that is to me nt so good

as the small mounting to hold a box seem nt too stable.

for the weld i think all are weld one. cannot be a pc rite?
