Just curious guys. I thought the 06 R6 has something like the Honda's HISS system? If it does has it, so easy for it to be stolen??? I'll help keep a lookout also. FBA6880H, right??? :confused:

seems like a lot of bikes get stolen in the east eh? eg: tampines o_O

 

with the increasing amt of bike thefts, its beginning to get worrying....

 

anyone using a brake disc lock? any recommendations?

I've always wanted to do something like this!!!

 

Find a parking space that you always park, find those 'floor brackets' & bolt it directly to the ground

so that your sercurity chain can go round your rims and to the brackets. That way, the thieves will not be able to take your bike away! But dunno HDB will F me for fixing the brackets to the ground! :confused: But hack care them, since the crime rate is so high on stolen bikes!

maybe hdb should start renting lots at a higher price to specifically your bike only with big padlocks fitted on the ground. i dont think many would mind paying a little extra

anyway i think wat theives do is load the bike up lorries or into vans and not ride them away... anyway singaporeans are mostly like tat, not their problem dun care, maybe they saw it but think that its juz a tow vehicle towing the bike away

planets mars will be the brightest in the night sky starting august.it will look as large as the full moon to the naked eyes.this will cultimate on 27 august when mars comes within 34.65m miles of earth.be sure to watch the sky on 27 aug @ 12.30am.it will look like the earth has 2 moon.don't miss it.....as the next time mars comes this close is in year 2287....... :sorry: :offtopic:

gd morning everybody,

 

ma friend need all the biker from sbf to assist me for A Wedding convoy for 2 sunday.

One will be this coming sunday 27th Aug 06 & the other one will be on the 3rd Sept 06.... Below are all the details for both wedding. I need as much bikers as possible... don't care whether small bike or big bike k...Please list down names cos i need to know the nos of biker i can get.

 

Convoy 1

27 August 2006

moving off at1.50pm .....from blk 230 compassvale walk to blk 183A

rivervale crescent...wedding at 1 place only......convoy from blk 230...

 

All meet at Rezeki Bendemeer Road by 12pm.

 

Convoy 2

3rd September 2006

Riders must gather before 12.15pm venue at

Blk 415 Serangoon Central moving off at 12.30pm sharp.

Convoy to Woodlans Circle Blk 740.

 

All meet at Rezeki Bendemeer Road by 11.30am.

Erm so sorry to say that. its reli not nice if you install GPR exhaust esp for the kind which is under-seat kind of bike.. yesterday went to HKL and saw 1 R1 with it, its not very nice lor.. but performance wise i am not sure.. not recomanded.. :smile: :smile:
