Anyways, the other Nelson is 'hibernating' now and will be out once his ride is ready. Ask him to plan for a kopi session lah...you closer to him.

I've discovered that when you press in the starter button (to start my RVF), the headlights automatically switch off until you release the button.

So yeah, this feature does help in a sense that it prevents the battery power from being sucked up from (i.e.) both the headlights and the electric starter being used at the same time -- applies during the starting process only.

 

I don't have the stock light switch installed.

Do correct me if I'm wrong. Tks!

 

yup and whether u warm up u bike with the lights off or on it makes no diff... so basically the on off switch are ppl who install because they dun wan to use it in the day...

Got it from Albert and it come wif 2 mths warranty, new rewrap seat of my choice, Yoshi firespec endcan , 5 point grounding, new Pirelli Diablo tires. Afram sprocket new pearl white paintwork.

previously i went to this bike shop..the mech told me change the fuel needle n the carb insulator rubber n a O-ring near the carb there..changed le nt comfirm will ok..he warn me first..he say if the prob still comes then is the carb prob + finding a carb is nt easy..i hav another question,when the bike temp reach half of the temp gauge,sometimes i do hav petrol smell,nt very strong though..nt sure is this normal or could it b tat some other places tat melt/kena burn causin the leak..i do realise tat when i trottle,the headlight do get brighter,then slowly dim a bit..this doesnt seems normal..

eh i think i will reach earlier then find one car parking slot so all the bikes can dump in k? mostly will be at the side towards pasis panjang, coming down from esplanade that side. who reach earlier also can try book first k? i think 7,8 bikes should be able to dump in ba.
