MY guess is as good as yours... but unless you sped for a good reason, like close family member dying kinda thing, it is extremely hard for you to appeal. Rushing for work is not a valid reason. Most prob heavy fine and suspension... range from 0-2K for fine and suspension of 8-12 months...

See what is your reason for speeding lo... being apologetic is a good way to let the judge know u are sorry... but from my knowledge, it is very hard for u not to get a suspension... but i have seen crazier things happen... so good luck to you... hopefully u have learnt your lesson...

yup, you can... but MAKE sure it is legit, if not you will be hit with something which is worst then a suspension.

coming to 1 year to clear the points kena again

march 2010 6 pts careless driving again. tp chase

sueh sueh kena again

october 2010 8 pts tp at bridge taking fast models photo ( hahaha) worst tink he/she snap at my rear n not my front..

 

so now me left with 4 pts..paper put 2 years then i clear my points.

but i want to noe whether i get 12 pts for tis year or need to wait nxt year on my last summon date then get everytink?

 

may anyone clear my confused mind.

i just received my speeding offence letter, speed above 40km/h on KJE at 415am on 3/8/2010 and have to appear on court on 13/4/2011. I was driving.

 

Currently, i have a class 3C and a class 2B license but just got my 2B on 6/12/2010 so currently on probation and have 13pts.

 

They have given me 12 demerit points and i will like to know what will happen to me? will i just have to pay fine? how much? or suspend or revoke? if suspension does it means i cant ride for a yr andi have to learn riding again after 1 yr?

 

Pls help me with this!! will really appreciate it. Thanks!

depend on how u count, 12pt left with 0pt/13pt left with 1pt, still can drive/ride.

if u wish to get ur additional 12pt, u need to clear ur last demerit + 1yr of no demerit, then u get 24pt. otherwise u'll be forever stuck at 12pt-outstanding demerit. demerit pt need 1yr to clear.

depend on the severity of the case, ur suspension is determined by the court/TP.

heard some bros got only 1 class suspended, that is if it's issued by TP. if u go before court n the judge suspend u, it's for all class.

Hi, i need some advice on speeding issue.... Recently i get caught 147kmh( April 2011) in mandai road... Which is 77kmh exceeded...

Iam riding a class 2 bike which pass in Dec 2010.

I believe i need to attend court, Is there any posibilities that i can appeal to Mp or appeal for leniency... So call maximum summon or retain one of my Licience...?

Need some advise, donnoe if he is a tp officer. Saw him all black on a bridge at around 11plus with camera. AYE the overhead bridge after lower delta. Travelling round 117km/h. Worrid rider here. Already lost 6pt due to careless driving late march. Need advice.

Self skidded off wet road marking, bike crashed under stationary big sand truck, truck no damage, my bike from the looks of it, frame + engine still intact. Problem is I called tow and took a cab to a polyclinic because it was raining, I was bleeding and feeling dizzy, stumbled around for a good 30 mins but truck driver never came forward. What's the worse I can kena?

The overhead bridge. If not wrong its at cmpb there cos i pass by there again today while driving to sent goods. Feel abit angry cos that area at nite no lamp post on the bridge. I manage to see him cos of the white zoom lense. 117 not accurate? Me riding a class 2 bike bro. How cum not accurate?

hi guys. if TP want to book you for an offence for forming up wrongly when turning, would they stop and book you for the offence or send you a letter regarding the offence? the situation is i wanted to turn left at a junction but the left most lane was blocked because there was some maintenance going on so i signalled left and form up at the side of middle lane which is a lane suppose to go straight. then when the lights turned green, i turned left but what i didnt know was that there was a TP behind me. i checked the tp website. the fine is $130 and 4 demerit points for the offence.

hi anyone with past experience can share? I recently kena 4points for crossing double white lines due to last min saw the exit i wanted to take on aye suay2 never notice tp stand at chevron. Next month my 2b past 1 yr so can i enrol and take my 2A as per norm? thanks guys..
