dats not the point......better to hav a clear track since u r learning. coz u wanna learn lining and body posture correctly rite? if u see sumone and start to chase......u den might not concentrate on yr body posture and lining anymore....but instead u r using yr NAFSU to chase dat sumone. dats a possibility lah. so u must understand the prpose of yr training yesterday. u might feel u r slow....but jus maybe u hav improve on yr lining and body posture. patience bro......i been on track since 2004. only dis year my knee slide the ground. how slow is dat??? skali aku jotos kau baru tahu. sABAR sparuh dari iman bro...kehkehkehkehkehkehk
