Mr operationfd, please refrain from encouraging 'THE REBIRTH OF THE SPOILER'. if it breaks, it means force is acting against the spoiler which means it did not help in any cases when u r riding n that means, its a useless stuff... its still a hazard even the bracket is a strong one.

mr skateboy, you sounded so work up over the spoiler... what happen, did you encounter any incident or accident that was done by a spoiler or something like that....?? real curious about your reaction.

by the way spoiler, belly pan , hugger ,gv box stickers or any other parts of the bike will tend to break or fly off at any speed, mother nature, or wear and tear.

since you told me off in refraining to encourage s4vtech on his spoiler in front of the forum... well bro,do heed a advise or incident to us s4 riders here. for a lesson learn and how to improve on the right way and track as a rider..

 

by the way does cars spoiler also post the same threat?

does car spoiler also post the same threat??? in the 1st place is spoiler part of a bike oem accessories??? NO! but for car... some cars even come stock with spoiler... it is not about got example of such incident. but i think you should have heard much abt the AIDS advert. prevention is better then cure...

 

you should ask s4vtec how much opposition many have express when he show case his GT wingz... haha good enuff for the thread to be lock cos so many are against him on that.

Does it matter to u if the cat from next door is black or white ?? so why care about people's bike with or without spoiler !!

 

I'm not encouraging others to speed but how many people can stay at 60km to 90km all the times ? And why so many bikers like to enter JB in the night ?? Did or did not you ever went in JB but you never speed at all ?? When you speed, anyone force you into it ?? If you fall during high speed, you going to blame others or yourself ?? so since you know about the AIDS advert. prevention is better then cure, do you have sex before marrage ??

9am - Move off to Melaka

11am - Reach Melaka and check in chalet

1pm - Lunch time

3pm - Shopping, Riding around town

7pm - Pending for BBQ (if not, it will be dinner)

2pm - Move back to JB, Skudai

will make a stop for petrol and drink and wee wee...

6pm - Dinner and Bike wash at Skudai

i'm saying the spoiler is a potential hazard. got incident or accident, do we wait till something happened then we cry?? an advise or incident to riders riders here? for a lesson learn and how to improve on the right way and track as a rider? u r way out of topic...

its about road safety we r trying to pull across. if the spoiler is fixed on for the motorshow show bike, i wun even bother... now its used on road n bracket broke off. luckily didn't fly off else if someone got hit n injuried n died??

haha interesting. no lar it doesn't matter if the cat is black or white. but if the cat are creating a nuisanse to public. think the police will be in. so ... haha i am not in the force. maybe the TP frd can advise him accordingly?

 

hmm hmm let me recall when is the last time i went in to JB and was travelling at 60-90km/h... i think i juz did it yesterday.. or shld i be saying for a few mths liao.

as least the car is so called Approved by the LTA , and it was mount within the car chassic frame hope you know what i mean , not to the extending the givi rack and fix onto bike

if this issue going to bring up again there no ending story

 

as for stakeboy mention , s4vtec mention before he had check and QC the wing spoiler will not give way. now have already lost two metal strips on the road, if any one of your immedaite familys is the person who encounter what would you say . now how is he trying to prove which he plan the trip he needed to be ahead of the road

 

i think need to bring out this issue and let the LTA which locate in SIN MING since AMK is just nearby

 

never ever thinks of other Safety and putting HIGH risk to other driver and riders

last night the Kulai trip after Kopi session...

and only until i reach JB Caltex, pumped petrol and open my box the moment,

the bracket of my spoiler gave way due to the near clear meter speed i was travelling.

so, currently no spoiler, but will fabricate a new and even more stronger bracket for my spoiler. never expect tat near clear meter speed can damage the bracket until like tat. luckily the spoiler nvr fly away, still got 2 points holding on to it... if fly away, i will really like hell...

dang....tat is so way dangerous on da rd....if its heavy it wud juz drop off bt from its shape most likely it wud drift ard abit b4 dropping on da grd
