Yup. The shop has been around for years. Her In-law's shop was very much better in terms of customer service and price, but has since moved or close down for retirement.

 

PhantomGhost, I have already boycott her shop for years already, but I still recommend some of the cruiser members to the shop only if they needfully of the parts or accessories since this is the only shop that carries thailand cruiser stuffs however, not without informing them on the keeper attitude and customer service first. :smile:

LAB is like that one... Price quoted by everyone is different. It depends on your bargaining skills after that. I always go and find the same guy until he have an impression on me then I buy stuffs get better pricing.

Damn!! The uncle con me leh!! Say the handle grip can b used for TA 200, but today i go to service my bike, and ask ah wan(Ah koon last time gd helper) to change, he say the handle grip is for Shadow, Steed those kind of bigger bike 1!! For TA200 is too big!! Siao liao...Have to go down again..maybe can go there recce n see whether the auntie still surviving anot.Haha!!

Haha...!! Finally change my handle grip from the uncle shop liao..Well, I must say that the uncle attitude is definately 100X beter than the auntie loh,whether he is her bro anot,I will still patron him next time.Went in and tell him that he gave me the wrong handle grip for TA200 then he say sorry and immediately change it for me.W/O any question ask..!! I ask him got any other pattern anot and he try to search for me,in the event he accidentaly drop his handle grip leh..Then i just tell him itz ok...I will take the only design he have. :smile: Then i just stay around to look at the helmet and he even tell me the price and diff between the more expensive n cheaper one. Well..customer service definately heaven and earth from the auntie ah!! As for the auntie shop...Hmm...no customer inside..think her son or what helping her leh..Got 1 young ah beng inside.. :confused: Think many boycott her shop oredi lah!!

Her shop deserved to be boycott...

 

Regretted buying a box from them...lousy condition,workmanship. The chinese malaysia ah beng installed until very jialat, bracket go and bend and knock with hammer here and there. See already sian liao. Nearly round my screw, wtf man.

 

This will be the first and last time i'am going back to this shop.

lol... same here... went to the auntie shop and ask the stickers how much huh.. den she say $3 den I say ok.. I want that pierce... Guess wat she say? That one ar? $4... WTF... I was already pointing at that pierce in the first place... haix... Den I ask 3M stickers how much, she just say wat you wan to stick? I wan pipe, she say all the stickers can stick on pipe one... ALL PEOPLE BUY THIS STICKER "the stickers which she hang above the cupboard" haix... Really dunno how people survive with this kinda of face and some more she's opening a shop.. --_--"""

not sure is it the shop wif full of sticker? i went there buy 3m reflective tap also give me attiude.. ask them ques don wan reply, both male n female don wanna reply.. buy liao then notice my house got lots of the reflective tape.. if i sell also can earn.. first time there n my last time.. coz my house had reflective tap le....

hahahaha. that shop i went twice. first time go buy mirror. first say $12. i point at big big one. then they take out small diff one. then i say not this one, the big one. then they say oh 30$. cb.

 

2nd time buy grip. pay already took about 5 mins then they give me the grip. cincai.

the only one that entertain customer is the uncle...i remember i want to buy chain lube @ ah boy...but ah boy crowded i decided to go this shop...ask the auntie...infront of her face...she act as if she never hear...only i wave at her then she respond...that also she never speak...she show me to the uncle direction...tulan sia i see her attitude...lucky the uncle very nice...

The "NICER Uncle" and that "Witch Aunty" are actually under one ROOF. I got to know them personally and tat "Witch Aunty" does Suckz big time. First time, during my P Plate session, I came to her shop and wanna add fix box on my Valarie, she also give me the CB look.But of cos,she is already CB! Instead I talk to her nicely and finally tat CB look turn into better ***** cat look and I got my box installed.

So,u must learn from me,the art of talking to CB looks.

had bad experience with her as well.. went there asking for IU bracket.

"you go outside see the bikes lor.. we are selling those, all the same 1."

outside parked 3 bikes.. all 3 use different type of bracket. went in to tell her different 1.. she insisted its the same 1.. i just walked out of the shop.
