u just need to go Motorworld with the docu of the street legal exhaust pipe to do a transfer which cost $15

 

then followby going inspection centre pay $50++ for a valid cert for you , which they will took some photo of your bike and serial number of your exhaust tag

YES! as long your headlight and high beam is working , you will still pass the test even those your reading is fail

ok. motorworld i know.

 

But what about the $50++ inspection? Do i need to book the registration from one motoring website, LTA or just go there directly

no booking is required , just go to inspection centre

jus wondering wad exactly does the headlight test require? i went for my inspection at vicom yest and the whole test is ran by the machines so i jus parked my bike there and switched on the low beam.. so the machine seeked the beam from my headlight and stopped there.. then a ' X ' appeared on the board along with the word ' LIGHT ' lighted up. and i failed the headlight test but overall i still passed.. the light coming from my headlight is dipped so i was wondering why i failed it.. maybe not enuff light?

I get mine done today. Also failed the headlight part, the guy at STA told me is to do with the headlight angle. I not very sure but a pass is a pass. Ya.. the whole process take like 5mins only. what an easy money for the center to earn money...

i dont think the shape matters.. as long not too funky can liao.. anyways.. headlight category quite hard to pass one lar. but in the end u'll pass the overall inspection even if u fail the headlight part. so no worries there. cheers!
