sis, when u installed ur yoshi fs, u didnt re-jet?

comes w e bike, according to old owner nvr do rejet only setting. means the cub is totally stock.

 

setting wrong either engine runs too lean or too rich, u know wats a dyno run in the first place? cos i dun understand y ur pocket will burn? mine i went for dyno run before thouo_O

last time i did was the belray thumper eo, oil filter, spark plug, radiator flush, engine ice, samco hose. that's all n i just add hella horns as usual, all my bikes got hella horns for those drivers n i get them to check my radiator fan....nxt probably hv in mine handle rubber n chk if mine is JDed or not.

that i dunno bro, i haven ask them, depends on wat they need to do but dun worry, i'm sure the price is reasonable but if u decide to do service or wat, u can ask them to hv a look, then it will cost nothing.

why go thru the trouble to check?

 

since yours is always backfiring, it's pretty obvious that you got the wrong jettings..

just get them changed, be it JD, Dyno or other brands..

 

do see Raptor's post if you need to know the adverse effects of wrong jettings..

Just checked with Abboy Motor Racing... rejet pilot and main jet plus labour is $80.

when to defu branch today to install the jd kits..they had a hard time taking out my carb, more den 30mins jus to remove the carb frm the engine,unscrewing alot stuff which i dun see my regular mech touching b4 jus to take out the carb.

 

frm the look of the mech, i can see he is nt clearly and unsure of wad he was doing even. well with $180 paid, i'm looking at better wrkmanship rather den this. End of the day, they left out a screw of the seat leaving my seat shakey now. I know alot may feel its jus a screw, but just imagine if its nt screw frm the seat but frm the carb or some part of the engine..den u guys shld know wads gonna happen alr.

 

im nt flaming the shop or whatever but just sharing my point of view aft my experience wif them.

nt sure abt defu branch.. nvr been there.. but in kaki bukit(autobay).. only one mech handles drz.. the big fella.. fix my JD in 45mins.. that includes fixing back seat.. and washing + wiping the bike..

went dwn yest do my full servicing 4 Zee, JD kit, broquer, exhaust slider( old one koyak alrdy ), remove alarm wires. So far e big mech always do my bike, nvr let other touch my bike hehee.... aniwaez, abt JD kit more responsive but my trottle at 100k/m heavy unlike my old setting... wat can it b?

hhmmm...ya hor...forgot that they hv 2 branches. i used to go down to the eunos one which is now relocated to kaki bukit cos very familiar with kelvin, the steam eyes one, the big guy n the skinny specky guy....last time my bike the skinny specky guy used to touch it but now the drz its the big guy....

 

yeah, u shld try the autobay one then maybe can feedback to kelvin.

this pricing is for mainjet 145 n pilot jet 25. if u up ur mainjet to 150, gt to pay xtra hor.....total i paid $110 for my jetting done by ah boy.

Main jet should be 155 or 160..
