Chong Aik Roadracing Round 4 Supermotard races postponed to the later half of this month.

 

Kupcais and pocketbike races on Sunday 15th Nov 2009.

 

 

Latest update from Jega.........

 

Supermotard and kup cai races will be on the same weekend. Its now a 2 day affair.

 

Qualifying is on Saturday 14 Nov 09.. time to be confirmed.

 

Races comprising of 2 heats.. one in the morning and the other in the afternoon on Sunday 15 Nov 09.

 

More details will be provided by EZ Sports soon.

Any newbies want to learn how to ride Tuas track tomorrow morning?

 

Be there at 8 AM... $30 for the track fees of 2 hours.

 

Coaching is free.

 

No need leather suits but at least must have jeans, shoes that protect the ankle, jackets, gloves and full face helmets. Preferably if you have knee and elbow guards.. use them, its your skin.

Guys i need advice from you all, first of all i just got a bike, but the handle lock key is missing, to cut it short, do u guys know any lock smith that can customise a new key without changing the whole lock? The locksmith address would be great.

u can try first w/o it. for me, i bought the bike wif FS alrdy. don't hv to do or not so i just rode. every morning, hv to start bike wif choke n got little backfire. then i start to chg air filter. no diff except the breathing seems better, then i put JD, much better. breathing good, accel good, no backfire, the sounds good n morning no need to start wif choke. just start, it fires up alrdy...

i really donno whats need, @ the very least i guess would be a box and prolly a bigger tank, tho if its only gg to hadyai, u don need to change a tank as hadyai is only 60km away frm sadao. stuffs i did include, mcct, samco hoses, back to OEM headlights and signal lites, gps with ram mount, yr regular engine case savers and prolly end can, air filter, JD kit stuffs and yr sprocket ratio. but all in all, DRz itself is really solid, like i mentioned, all up to the rider...can tahan anot, a broader seat wud help tho, but that can be rectified in hadyai with less than SGD$30.

He uses Belray Thumper Oil... probably the best oil for the DRZ.

in addition to karmatrix's post, are u using stock tires? stock tires are quite slippery IMO.

 

Do check your tire pressure too. A high tire pressure will cause your tire to skid upon hard braking.
