CR2032.

to bleed the forks and equalise the air pressure inside..

if you dun bleed out the air for a long time, your fork will become slightly harder..

our forks travel a lot therefore creating a high pressure within the forks,

releasing the air to reduce pressure will prolong the fork seals and return to fork to normal working conditions..

look out here for outing updates, i'll post here if there's any major outings..

too many ppl for me to sms..

Having done more homework, I'm sad to say there are no motordiams providing lowering services per se (i.e. by way of installing lowering links).

On the flip side, it seems that all hope is not lost - a kind SBF-er shared with me that it is possible to "soften the suspension", thereby dropping the ride height.

What exactly does this process entail? How much does it cost?

Thanks again!

hmm... how tall are you?

as mentioned by biting point, soften will be ur best option. Cheapest also but u get bouncy ride. ride long liao backside and backbone will pain. maybe cos i old liao.

or u can try to buy lowering links via online pages like ebay.

if lower links are used, its best to lower ur front forks too.

why not get a 2nd hand one?? there are many with good prices..

1st hand is around the range of $14k..

the prices you listed are actually almost similar..

I'll get from ASP if i were you..

Top box best looking ones should be from H&B, alu or gobi series.. explorer looks superby nice too but the price is @@..

run in your DRZ in PG..

both have the same specs.. if you are worry abt warranty issues, not worries.. no throttle or brake problems like h0nDa5 or t0y0t4s..

10 years in production same engine..

it depends on which headlight you like, and if you like to have a hazard light on your bike..

hahaa... okok..

i do contemplate with 2nd hand ones, but really dunno how to tell if its a worthy ride a not.

Bleed only with the forks fully extended...ie preferably with the front wheels off the ground.

You press the bleed while sitting on the bike... air is going to come out from the compressed forks... and the suspension will become too soft.

Bro, just to share my experience on this when I got my bike 1 mth ago.

HM, I did not have a good experience. A lot of bullshit given from them and they did a lot things and changes without informing you.

BP, all I can say I was not treated as a customer at all. Mayb becos I look young, but their service sux

Asp, I would love to get bike from them althou their price is slightly higher. Their service and promise delivery is also good.getting bike from them also reduce a lot of worries. Too bad they don't have 2nd hand ones.

End up I gt my bike from hlcycle which is think they are good as well. Thou price wise also slightly high in the sense of their agreement fee part.

Bike also no problem at all for this one mth.

But all in all if ure gtting a brand new one, I would go for asp.

Just my two cents.
