Hi guys,

 

i went around sourcing for various exhausts options. Went Motoworld to check, but according to the guy, he said the Yoshi street legal for my DRZSM is not out yet. Not in production??? :cry: :confused: He claims only the full system one would be available for orders. He suggested i get the Remus street legal instead. :sian: Dun look good leh. very plain looking. :sian:

 

Any other suggestions? :smile:

hi kex,

 

the exhaust system for drz sm is already out in Japan but only available for their domestic market. i think we might have to wait awhile before it will reach our shore.

 

the yoshi exhaust is called the Cyclone. damn nice looking exhaust which bugo claims that it can fit one big mac inside.

 

why not wait awhile more before deciding? do other mod first la.....like the brake line and other stuff??

He swapped his ti header with a ss one. So his has the same "drop" that you see in most headers. I dunno but apparently he prefers ss headers? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v259/foxracing/Emoticons/excuseme.gif :D

i think know why he used SS header... probably stronger... can take more damage if going offroad

Alto i'm riding DRZ now....but i'm still supporting the TW thread.....:cheeky:

i think the pipe seriously might probably not need any modifications... since it fits on an S model... but then again.. someone need to try and put an S model pipe on the SM to try it out...

 

hardrider> did your friend did any mod to put the F4 on his S-model? i'm quite keen on a F4+Yoshi TRS/TRC header set up for road legality... that is unless the F4 going to cost more than a GPR then i'll go for GPR... i saw the slip on itself.. quite "tong" though... if without the spark arrestor...

you might wanna try fleabay.. but you need to know your stuff... oh and just FYI if you want to put on a fatter header... or any aftermarket header, you probably need to remove the PAIR system on DRZSM... it's an easy but unreversible process... but you'll like it...
