Before the trip's excitement Gone over our heads,would like to summarise wat the organiser have briefed over last weekend,to those who cant or didnt attend the pre-briefing.

 

- Log card or LTA vechicle letter( can be printed from One motoring,using sing pass).

 

- If you are not the owner,please get a letter of authorisation saying that the owner nric name,hereby authorise "you" nric name to ride bike number F*****.

 

- Passport with at least 6 months validity.2 white cards,(1 for entering malaysia from singapore,the other entering malaysia from thailand returning trip)

 

- Active NS man must inform NS portal,notifying them of your overseas trip.

 

- Spare keys for the bike,in case Master key got lost during the trip.

 

- All participating bikers to get hold of organiser's mobile number,Contactable by sms or call during emergency if there's any.

 

- NO high beam of head lights to be switch on,esp dark time.to avoid any discomfort or confusion of the bike infront of you.

 

- If there's any rain ..do not stop until the Lead captain signal to do so.(All for one and one for all)

 

- keeping a safe distance of you and the bike infront of you (staggered formation)

 

- Touring speed of 110 to 120 km/h.

 

- Take note of the petrol stops(when announced) to be well informed of where to wait in case you get lost.

 

- Take note of the "Core" bikes,leading captain,markers and sweepers to avoid following the wrong "group" as there may have other groups of bikers on their way up.

 

- If u happen to be lost...dun turn into any R & R assuming that the group may be waiting there.Watch out for our group markers.

 

- hyrate urself more often to avoid dehyration.

 

- Lastly, 7 hours of sleep,to minimise mirco sleeping.
