hi can i know which way to kallang mac/kfc is the shortest from hougang ave 3?

 

1. hougang ave 3 -> airport rd -> macpherson rd -> aljunied rd -> guillemard rd -> mountbatten rd -> DESTINATION

 

2. hougang ave 3 -> eunos link -> PIE (exit kallang bahru) -> upp boon keng rd -> sims ave -> mountbatten rd -> DESTINATION

 

3. hougang ave 3 -> jalan eunos -> still rd -> koon seng rd -> dunman rd -> old airport rd -> mountbatten rd -> DESTINATION

 

4. hougang ave 3 -> jalan eunos -> still rd -> east coast rd -> mountbatten rd -> DESTINATION

Hougang Ave3 > MacPherson Road > KPE (Entrance just outside Civil Defence) > Exit still road

i recommend go by

- upp serangoon rd viaduct

- bendemeer rd

- geylang bahru

- upp boon keng rd

- geylang lor 1

- stadium link (People's Association)

- (illegal 'up-the-pavement' U-turn into stadium rd at nicoll highway) or take the nicoll highway n turn right towards kallang airport

- kallang mac/kfc (if u had taken the illegal route, u might have enjoyed the view of the new Kallang Leisure Park)

 

note: my route might not b the shortest, but it has minimal traffic and less stoppages. try speeding at the viaduct to minimise the time. enjoy!

of all the web, i tink gothere.sg and skypigeon is the best.

 

i find going by KPE exit sims ave is the best route to take. thanks to all who posted to this thread. thx to HaiR1 as well for his wonder ans LOL

I stay in sengkang, I feel that the best route is still via KPE.

 

You got no traffice lights in KPE.

At 70km/h ur bike use lesser fuel than "start and stop and usdden;y 100km/h"

at 70km/h at lane 3 in KPE. No body will pressure and tailgate u from behind.

I would exit at nicole hw exit as simdrive side is more prone to jam.

From Sengkang. I only too 25mins to reach kallang MAc.

 

By the way Kallang KFC close down already. donno close for renovation or close for good.
