Dear Vik,

I'm just curious. Why do you not have a cellphone for people to contact you when:

1) You have such an active social life.

2) Are always moving around from place to place.

3) Have so much frustration caused by your inability to contact people when you realise they are not at the point of meeting when you get there?

=p

Anyways, just a suggestion. Maybe it would be a good idea for you to get a prepaid card if it's due to financial trouble. There are prepaid cards that have free incoming calls though it does limit you on your outgoing calls.

Would that not be an easy solution to all your troubles?

If it's due to you not having a cellphone, then I have a friend who owns a phoneshop and I can get you a simple phone that will probably cost me less than 20 bucks. It calls, it send text messages, and it will solve your problem of un-contactibility. =p

What do you say? Wanna take up my offer? =p

u r back singapore????

Dear Junda,

I paid $10,500 for the machine price. My insurance is about $700. I did a downpayment of $1,500 for the machine and took a 5 year loan.

Hence, the total that I will be paying for the bike is about 15k-16k for the entire loan period.

This is the amount you should be expecting to pay if you decide to purchase a brand new '06RS.

I am currently working as a service engineer and am earning a sizable salary. However, I would say that I am just only comfortable with the amount I have to fork out each month for the maintenance of this bike.

If you do NOT have a steady income, I suggest you go for a y2k or a replica. It would not do for you to get into financial embarrassment at such a young age.

Do consider the advice that I am giving you. This bike needs lots of tender loving care to function like it should.

Wanna ask you, how fast is your top speed, and is the pick up better compared to the old rs125. Just to feed my hunger for knowledge.

Top speed, not sure. I ain't crazy enough to want to die on Singapore or Malaysian roads.

Pickup, well.. That really depends on how well tuned each indivudual bike is ain't it? I'm running super rich so I'm MUCH slower than all the other bikes.

Answer your questions?

Hi Bro. sis.

Im new in sportbike forums, I thinking of buying an aprilia RS125 around 5 years old or even older, anyone can tell me where I can get a good one? I never ride aportbike before, just want to try, but SP and TZM are out of my consideration.

I just like Aprilia because its size and the looks.

thanks. and regards.

Who was riding the grey rs125 last night along upper thomson/sembawang road with a couple on a mito and a red ducati 916/99x? Very faded and small p-plate peeking out from under the rear license plate. Seen the bike at dam once or twice as well.
