Sure, if I'm scraping my bike (which is most likely the outcome given the lack of interest in 2 strokes).

If you're really keen, PM or email me your contact? Tks.

hey guys.

as u all noe.the motul 710 2T price has gone up..(way too much)

but we can make a MO for motul 710.

1 CARTON (20 bottles) = $380(1 bottle=$19)

usually its $23-$27 from all other shops...

so we can save some money to pump 1 liter more petrol??

its the mah motor shop @ Jalan Besar.

if u guys wan than i can make the order..

u guys up for it???

hey bro, im intrested to join in the order. 20+ bucks for one bottle is kinda killing me. lol

LAWL!

I can get around that price for Agip 2T Speed. Even better pricing if I were to do MO :D

just wondering, which 2t do you feed your bike? coz my prev owner told me that 710 works better than agip speed on the bike.

Ask the prev owner if he only did a butt dyno. If that's the case, then its subjective.

I try all sorts of 2T.

Motogp trip up last year I was on 710. Halfway thru the journey back, I was running low. Stopped by esso to buy a small bottle of that perfumed nonsense just in case.

Shell 2t confirm + chop gives you more carbon and if you dont rev high most of the time, say hello to a jammed valve which will take you 1hr to pull out and another to really scrub everything off..

Some likes to use the Maxima series for their premixed bike as well. So end of the day, it all boils down to what do YOU prefer to use. Which advertising campaign did YOU got suckered into.. :D

got what u meant bro. gonna try both 710 and agip speed. and see which i feel works better. but i aint gonna feed my bike the cheap stuff like the petrol station's 2t. unless, i do run really really low and am not carrying any spare =x

For 2t i think for the ones u see in most petrol stations are not fully synthetic thus it is not suitable for our bikes. IMO both 710 and agip speed are good 2t. :)

Orders! Orders!

Get your orders from PJME today!

Hey guys, I'll be placing an order from PJME end of June.

Please go to http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showpost.php?p=6373320&postcount=12 to add in any orders you'd like to piggyback and save on shipping.

Time to reward yourself for the long wait!

Believe nothing you hear; and only half of what you see.

Do or do not; there is no 'try'.

Just curious.

Are we putting a cap to the amount of items being purchased? Just to let you know, PJME charges 45 pounds for items worth up to 250 pounds. After that, the shipping increases to 105 pounds for any order amounting to more than 250 pounds.

So, IMO, this should be a huge order with alot of people ordering, so that the cost of shipping is truly reduced. If you're just getting a couple of screws like me, it'd be cheaper to order it separately i think. Just a couple of pounds. LOL.

Do take note Lawrence, so we can save more. :) i think we can wait for everyone to order something, then we can truly save.

EDIT: I just took a look at your order Lawrence. FIERCE!! You must have gotten a bonus. Gilles??? Racing carb??? Awesome!

When are we going to meet for dinner mr fadhil.

Mr Chung Wei, I'm really not sure right now.

Currently working like a robot. 11.30 or even after midnight I get home, plug myself to a wall socket and recharge for 6-7hours before I have to start another day.. So sad :(

Hi Matt! No worries lah.. The shell and mobil that I said I bought were all emergency cases. That 1 litre bottle of Mobil was left somewhere along the highway in Malaysia with like half bottle left. I hated the smell of that 'perfumed' nonsense so I know if anyone else was to be behind me, they would probably hate it too.

If in case you do have to buy an emergency bottle, please look carefully at the label. Make sure its fully synthetic before buying. Shell ones got 2 version. 1 is Full Synthetic while the other is Mineral. Read the label before you make that anxious purchase.

As for the DIY sessions, before the cynic fella make sarcastic remarks and scare you off, I may as well give you a few pointers you wanna take note and adhere to.

1) Turn up if you actually confirmed attendance. We dont want the cynic b!tching about you.

2) When in doubt, always ask.

3) Always bring your own tools, solvents and rags.

4) Always offer to buy him lunch or at least a drink. He's teaching you for free, but as a gesture of gratitude, buy the fella something.

5) Work on your own bike as much as you can. He wont even wanna touch your bike if he dont have to.

6) Try to read up on how 2 stroke engines work, how carburetor works and most importantly, your bike's service manual.

7) Enjoy yourself at the DIY. You'll tend to learn lots and pick up fast once you get an idea of how everything works. *That includes the cynic as well :p

For 2t i think for the ones u see in most petrol stations are not fully synthetic thus it is not suitable for our bikes. IMO both 710 and agip speed are good 2t. :)

As above. Check the label before buying. I think someone posted something about Motul 510. That 1 also, read label first. I keep seeing that bottle of 2T while hanging out with friends at the infamous ah gua lane mototiams in jb.

I think he just wanna try out everything , so when is ur turn to Order that Carb ?

Hahahaha everyone's itching to try. All just playing the wait & see game with one another. :D

Who is this cynic? You make him out to be like some total a$$hole but in my opinion your 'tips' are just basic human decency. Things that you would do for another person...

Just happens that the younger generation got the brunt of bad parenting, hence all the new Gen-Y kids have no initiative, no basic courtesy, no sense of responsibility and accountability, expect to be spoonfed, afraid of getting hands dirty and breaking a fingernail or two, and just think they own the world, or the world owes them.

Believe nothing you hear; and only half of what you see.

Do or do not; there is no 'try'.

Anyone know how much a new clutch would cost? Mine just gave way yesterday and I haven't had time to take it apart to check what's wrong. Probably out of alignment though.

Looks like this will stop me from procrastinating and finally do up my bike, which I've put off for 2 months due to work. Back to riding a SP again :(
