Or he COULD be talking about a Brembo 16mm brake master.. Which is different from the RCS16..

The flat spot at that point can be overcome with proper tuning. Yes, you do have to increase your main jet. I recommend 135 from the stock 128. Will work wonders. Changing exhaust requires you to increase your main jet. If not, you'll be running lean.

Another thing is that you bought a used exhaust. Any idea how old? It could be clogged up with carbon that screws up the tuning. I serviced my exhaust after 1 year of high mileage and it worked beautifully. Felt like a new pipe. Try it if problem persists. Also, upgrade to 34mm carb ASAP. :)

Thks sub. But should I change the main jet or should I Juz save up for a 34mm carb? I'm afraid if I keep dragging like this I'll break my valve again.

Change your main jet. Coz it's not good running your bike lean. You might suffer a piston seize. Size 135 main jet is out of stock at WEDA, get it at 37 Motoring. You can use 132 also.

I have a barely used 34mm carb, looks brand new carb for sale for 06 model and above. Selling for $220. Much better than the crappy old carb that most people are trying to sell for $200. View to believe.

Or you can join my PJME mass order soon to come! :) Get a brand new one for 300plus.

i ran my bike without rejetting(from stock jets) for ard 2mths after i changed my pipe. During that time i went on quite a few WOT top speed tests and nothing happened. Maybe i just got lucky but i believe that the stock jets are already on the rich side. But pls dun take my word for it. Do what u feel is right. I dun wana be responsible for any damage to ur bike =D

Anw how much does weda sell the jets? Need to get some. Or if anyone has spare 150/152/155/158 main, b36/38 idle emulsion i can buy them off u.

guys i have some stuff to let go do sms me @91554078 if u are interested in.

2* stock end can ----$40 each

1* arrow carbon fibre end can (arrow logo riverted to face inside intead of outwards) $100 nego

(non street legal, no cert)

1* brand new power valve (some forumers are selling at 160 CNC) --- $90

thanks.

priller i'm up for the outing on 18th.

vik the SS chamber in my opinion is a good mod, its lighter, wont rust and improve the mid range. can check out with lawrence, he installed for his gf bike already. previously i did tried using the SS with the arrow end can... it sounds clean and responsive. certain point when u clutch in u wont hear a sound not even blurbbing from exhaust and when u throttle back the bike comes roaring with power.

It has been recommended to up main jet when you change exhaust. I think you have been lucky but probably, you know how to handle your throttle well. :)

Weda sells main jets for $7 a piece. I bargained for $6. But they dont have many of the smaller sizes. I do have some of the jets you are looking for, but it's for personal use. :)

Look for xxes123 for jets etc. He has ALOT. :)

What is the difference between Brembo 16mm Master and RCS15? Is the RCS Series for radial brakes only, while the normal brembo is for all types including radial?

Like I stated in a earlier post, I have a almost new 34mm carb for sale. $220.

34mm carbs come stock with a 160 main jet. Try that 1st and see whether you need to upsize or downsize depending on your bike. 155 and 158 is usually just nice.. Not too lean, not too rich.

RCS15 has 2 different settings. I think 16 X 18 and 16 X 20. If i'm not wrong. 1 is for sharper, but less stronger braking. The other is more gradual, but stronger braking. The older brembo pumps are confined to 1 setting only. :)

Then again, i'm using the new model 09 brake pump on my 98 model, i find it good enough. :)

Alright after some consideration, I've decided to use the stock pipe. Dun really like the sound of both giennalli and arrow. Abit troublesome as well.

So ya, I'm selling my used giennalli exhaust. I'll cover the cost of installation. Call or text me at 81335945(Nicholas) if interested.

Wow bro, think you're the first person who reverted back to stock EVER. You're missing out dude. A finely tuned Arrow is awesome.

Alternatively, you can ask Ah Ann at 37 motoring to cut your stock chamber, clear out the rubbish, and put it on. Almost like a race picpe then. :)
