guys thx to my good ol itchy hand which i used to wipe my ass for the past 18 years.. another prob crops up..

i adjusted the gear shift lever higher up as the previous position was touching the sidestand oreadi n when i downgear it will 101% hit the stand.. so now after adjusting tightening up n stuff lyk tt..

in my 1st gear.. when moving off.. i kick up no matter how hard or how high i shift up.. it goes to neutral.. n if i try even harder to bring it up.. no use.. so i found a solution to tap it down real hard n kick it up real hard den it will juz skip tt neutral n go 2 gear 2.. after tt point upshifting i a breeze but EVERYTIME im in gear 1.. i wanna gear up.. ill juz be lyk sum wanna be racer hogging the left lane n keep blowing till i manage to get it up to gear 2.. n when its at gear 2.. i gotta throttle almost half full in order to get the rpm up.. cool huh..

so wad could the prob be? is it tt ball which is at the end of tt bar is not fitted in properly?

Character is doing the right thing when no one is watching..

i am using redline water wetter, no idea about the ratio to water. All i can say is, it absorbs heat fast and dissipates heats fast too.

Eg. from my bike, at jam it rises to 80 pretty quickly from then on it rises slowly, highest so far i've reached is 85. Temp taken from jam at shenton way, 6 pm to 7pm... horrible traffic.

Keep in mind that Water Wetter is a surfactant.

What it does is to loosen the surface tension of the water, at the molecular level, so that the water actually "loosens up" and has more contact with the surrounding.

This helps in absorbing more heat, and dissipating it. Hence you will find that when your bike is stationary... Water Wetter does not do anything different from the standard coolant. But once on the move, you will see an improvement in heat dissipation.

Bike won't start this morning.

Gonna have to push it out of the basement carpark (uphill) and then wait for bikebulance to come collect it and send it back to (FAR FROM) IDEAL and see what's wrong.

ok, latest update.

I gave it one last try before sending it back to Ideal via bikebulance. Managed to get it running, though poorly and rode it to the local petrol station. It stalled a few times on the way and I had to ride with the choke partially on. I mixed the old stale fuel (approx 3 months old I guess) with about $10 worth of new 98 octane and then revved the bike for a while and it seemed to get better. Turned the choke off fully and the bike still idles... HOORAY!

Eventually I managed to ride it home (Woodlands) and by the time I got there it was actually running very well. I switched a few times between the reserve and normal on the tank. Was passed by a TP who took a good look at me but didn't bother me thank god. Was thinking it would be just my luck to get fined for the illegal Arrow while riding home. My heart was beating fast for that 1 minute and I kept looking in the rear view mirror expecting him to appear at any second.

Anyway, the bike is going and the suspension isn't too bad at low-mid speeds so I can try and clock some miles on it to run the engine in a bit. Gonna give it a good was this weekend and maybe take it out for an early morning run into Malaysia for kopi. Tyres still have a little balling on them from the last PG session. *GRIN*

Finally smiling again.

yo man our rs125 can only install one horn, if u wan to put two then have to modify liao but will stress the batt like hell. when u buy the horn it comes in two, either u keep one as a spare (cos it have high and low tone) or get someone share the cost with u and take the other half

zero. :(

No way I can go track with the rear shock like this and I really need to clock min 1000km (pref 2000km) and then send it back for a retune and conversion to premix and 418 gauge chain n sprockets before I hit the track again. Not to mention modifying the sidestand and getting my leathers repaired from my last fall.

I'm not someone who can take it easy on the track and just cruise around.
