Alvin is doing 1 blue/grey GSR riden by a malay fellow quite occasionally. so i presume it's ok. End o the day it's still up to the mechanics.

Hey guys! Due to very little response from this new thread. I would like to invite all of you guys to make some noise and check out if there are any events upcoming in our Singapore Tuas circuit. Most importantly this new thread will also serve as a place for all of us to talk about anything that relates to racing, techniques, brakings, taking a corner...etc etc.

 

The scooter scene is still very small in Tuas unlike the Yamaha cubs. So i would like to promote this new thread for some of you guys here whom always wanted to know more about scooter racing and also where and when to watch. The upcoming race will be on 1st of March and it's open category.

 

If you are interested, you can post some of your enquiries. Our guys here are very friendly and willingly to reply your post.

24 is quite on the good side of average FC. mine is 37km/litre.

well.. if ur bike cant do that, doesnt mean my bike cant. i everyday running 100-110 on PIE de leh.. still getting this type of mileage. dun say the grapes on the vine are sour just becoz u cant reach it.

 

change open pod la.. den u will know the different. it's always good to step outta that box for once. confirm better over taking and FC. Our G-max felt like it's suffocating when running 100kph on the stock airbox remember?

i would say 85% expressway ba.. since i only travel to work and home.. 15% on normal traffic light road.. following the speed limit closing by exceeding by 10km/h..

 

mod? nothing much, heavy rollers, the 2 breathers(esp the 1 that's linked to the engine head, the oil breather so so only), and the most important thingy.. the noisy open pod air filter.
