any other bros can double confirm that?

if its really so, seems my guess wasn't too far off.

my guess was they're either some mechanical "knobs" to alter either fuel-air or ignition timing of the SWing's EFI engine, other than depending on the ECU.

i tink this should be able to confirm ba ...

How come they connect to the vacuum ports nearer to the front of the bike and not the 2 at the back next to the idling screw?

Hmm... my mech says to use the ones at the rear cos thats where the intake is.

Anyone got other comments or just that both sets of ports serve the same purpose?

Think must buy my own vacuum gauges liao.

Anyone got lobang or know where to buy not so expensive ones in SG?

The dial type should be good enough without the need for extra battery.

Quick quick. Trying to get this done before Thailand trip.

Hi guys, I am asking on behalf of a friend who is riding a SW600 ABS overseas. Is there aftermarket pipes that can be fitted onto the SW? I mean those short ones like the new sportsbikes are having. Also the brake rotor, where can i buy the wavy type?

Appreciate your help!

Wah.

Where to get a copy of the manual?

Not many bike shops (even BS?) would know the finer details of silverwing to do a good job.

just in case someone is interested to change a battery...

was recommended by a workshop mech to buy battery from BS parts centre directly to enjoy 1 year warranty; thus called to check it out....

BS quoted $210 nett (unlike spare parts with 25% discounts, no discount for batteries), no warranty period given and no immediate stock (need to order in advance).

also checked with FJT & ES, best prices for Yuasa YTZ12-S and YTZ14-S (same size) are $145 & $155 respectively, those with honda logo will cost a lot more; forgot to ask about warranty.
