kuantan? i was actually thinking of a 3D2N Lake Kenyir/Kuantan trip sometime in Jul

Sg-Lake Kenyir approx 620km

Lake Kenyir-Kuantan approx 220km

Kuantan-Sg approx 400km

 

My 1st week of march off.. Go together ba.

the engine works more efficiently when you have fresh clean EO and clean plugs... in layman terms, dirty or heavy EO needs more energy for pistons to work through the cylinders.

personally, i've tried the very heavy w50 maxima and the very light liqui moly, a lot of difference

 

W50 r good for touring or very high heat bikes.. Cos thicker, lesser heat. But yes, the downside is pickup reduced..

I thought manual says 3.5L reserve? (Pg 23)

However, when my last bar blinks and i go top up petrol, usually can only fill in abt 12L.

my bad... verified with manual, my ageing memory failed... spec reserve is 3.5L on paper indeed

Juz change to VESRAH HH sintered pads for front and back DIY, installed voltmeter, DIY hazard light switch and bmw throttle grips. Awaiting for Speedometer LEDs lightings tommorow.

 

upcoming project: flush coolant water wetter, DIY LEDs taillight, change LED signal bulb and marking lights, HID low beam, koso mirrors. No luck for after market windscreen accept for GIVI which is relatively too tall

Place: Keat Hong Shopping Centre

Meet: 7pm at main entrance (go in straight if late)

 

Parking: suggest pay 50c and park at MSCP; lots are available near the car wash "business" so we have free jagar. can try their washing service if you want, i got mine washed last Sun upon return from Port Dickson.

 

lets do something different this thursday... lets have Japanese dinner at Suki Sushi (Keat Hong Shopping Centre), then lim kopi at the kopitiam there. boleh?

imo, the prices are reasonable and my favorite is the sashimi... fresh and value for $$. for dinner, i usually order a serving of hamachi (yellow tail) and salmon each with before anything else or the conveyor belt

Wah Sei bro... you can consider open bikeshop de liao.... haha..... after market windscreen got low one half of our original windscreen but can't recall what brand liao. I got one given by my SW ex-owner, I din fix it on my ride yet. If one day i feel to feel the wind blow on my face, then i will try it.... haha...

netbook shld be around 300-400 bucks. not sure abt this model though. but netbook generally a bit too slow (for me)... and dont have dvdrom drive...

think this model is no longer selling with Win XP Home... anyone knows the market price?

 

saw that new units with Win 7 are going for around $550+. someone is now selling a used unit (Win 7 Starter & 250GB HDD) at hardwarezone for $490.

a BNIB set with Win XP Home should reasonably be not too far from $400 bah... guessing.

 

my current one still working well, else will buy over from her as it is slimer, lighter and more efficient (using LED instead of LCD panel) than the asus i'm currently using (also Win XP Home).

checked around challenger, harvey norman and best during lunch time; cheapest netbook on offer is $499. saw that someone is selling the older model U100 for $389 in Nov 10, also selling a gift.

 

netbooks are not notebooks mah, designed with lower specs for mainly surfing and media viewing. need power gotta go for notebooks liow
