Try retrieving the re-call letter from the net. When you have that copy, marched down to HL to show them. When I was riding with GWS, the club's secretary managed to retrieve the re-call letter from American Honda for the GL1800's ECM unit. Showed to bull **** honda and only then did they finally act on it. initially, they tai-chi and said no such recall !

I also hope but sometime HL.. but sometime they will tai chi and say that u never come here for servicing so we will not warranty you. they just like to talk **** never talk to the service advisor his name is k....y he is full of **** he will say different bike and different rider have different sound he is full of ****

anyone keen to go hong leong with me tmr morning? I'm going there to ask about the fuel pump.. my fuel pump started to give me some problems liao..

Mine is a 09 model and the fuel pump *touch wood* is still going strong. When the fuel pump fail, does that means the engine will dies off in the midst of riding? If so ... then this becomes a safety issue. Can write to LTA and cc to HL and see what HL will do ...........

for most cases, when the pump fails, the bike is stationary. but I did encounter the pump failing while riding twice; yesterday on my way home and today at PIE paya lebar exit towards hong leong. the engine just cut off and unable to restart with the 1st try.

they replaced my pump to the one with a brown marking, covered under warranty.

didn't have spare time to talk with them as I'm rushing off to work aft collecting just nw.

7. Yoshimura R77 - $500 ($800) non street legal

8. J.costa Variator R version - $300 (will throw in new rollers)
