Hi all just collected my t max 2017 yesterday. Anyone place iu in the right compartment n encounter problem scanning iu at gantry? I rode a 500 n 530 t max b4. Remember no problem putting iu in compartment. But now cannot not sure y. Accept fixing outside the compartment any1 have any ways to solve this issue? Thks

its Everyday pain & misery of the IU issue u mentioned I also encountered..will go bike fabricator to fabricate an IU bracket soon..have to get the IU rubber seals & screws from LTA.

i also encoounter problem once in awhile..i notice cannot move too near to the side..else hard to detect..luckily i install IU time i requested for longer cable so IU can be taken out if face any problem

Ya agree but than if always have to open compartment and take out to scan also troublesome alr... I alr being force to fix it outside lol... anyway enjoying my new ride now... still running in.. nvr regret come bk to t max... love the elect windshield,keyless n mainstand lock...

im also running in..current at 400+ miles, recently i notice something, wonder if u face the same problem. sometime the bike like engine going die off..like for the 0.5s suddenly no power then the power come back, this happen when moving slow.

Think what you mean is when u sudden brake to Low speed the rpm will drop till like dying off... if is tat, than is normal, my previous max also same

I have the same problem. I just got my tmax SX today. Need to open compartment then easier to scan IU unit.

Get wiser as each day passes...

Horizontal? How u place the iu horizontal in the compartment? The space is just enough to b place vertical facing rider.

I got the huggers from them 2 weeks ago. Orders in twos for the huggers will get the lowest freight (46 Euros ). 160+46= 206 euros for 2 huggers.

I did few runs testing my eps mscp and then memorised the position of the IU. Put a welco sticker to it so that the Iu maintained that position. Did the same to my 08 and 13 models also no issues. Oh yah, I now riding a DX .
