15 litre tank

avg 20-22KM per litre

overall. depend on how one riding style is & oso need to see whether you travel more on highway or road

its Everyday pain & misery of the IU issue u mentioned I also encountered..will go bike fabricator to fabricate an IU bracket soon..have to get the IU rubber seals & screws from LTA.

 

Care to share how the bracket going to mount the IU? And where to get? Getting tmax tmr and I asked bikeshop to place it on the forward dashboard.

Selling October 2011 Tmax 500. Going for inspection and will renew road tax for 1 year. Did full servicing and no expenses spared. Anything that AC told me need to be change i change. Servicing records with AC Motor.

 

New full wrap stickers by 219 (can be remove).

New battery.

New Michelin tyres.

New front brake discs.

Frando brake line kit.

Hepco Becker base plate.

Hepco Becker box with LED brake lights.

LED lights in the underseat compartment.

Hidden IU unit.

Hel brake lines.

Using latest 530 fuel pump....superb i love it if were to compare to old Tmax 500 fuel pump.

Malossi pre-load adjustment kit for Tmax orginal fork.

Too many things to list out on whatever after market items i have install on this bike. I might have miss out some items too. Bike is well taken care by Ah Chong from AC Motor from day 1 i bought this bike from the first owner. After that i slowly put in all the extra goodies hehehe.... This bike is literally Start and Go.

 

Price Negotiable. If price is right i will not dekit anything from this bike and on top of that will give all the original spare parts, original windscreen, touring windscreen, original brake levers, original yamaha seat and original Tmax exhaust. Hi all,

 

I will like to ask some question before committing a 2017 DX. It’s about $28500 OTR now.

 

Been riding for about 6 year, weekday mostly on gilera and weekend on Hayabusa.

I felt that it’s a hassle to maintain 2 bike. Since my gilera already scrap.. so why not TMAX?

I need a bike that is automatic + easy for me to cruise around daily and strong enough to go for occasional touring to Thailand.

 

I am able to consignment my hayabusa for about $25000 left 7year COE. Topping up less than 5k for a brand new TMAX seem like a good choice.

 

I like the keyless function and the underseat storage.

Is HL able to test ride? As I have try sitting on it and my I can’t have both feet flat on the ground. I don’t want to get down and reverse like hayabusa.

 

Is the accessories expensive? Like rack and hepco box? The pillion rest?

How about the regular maintenance? I know it’s about 20-22km/litre and full tank is 15L.

I AGREE, that seat height is a factor to enjoy riding your bike , stopping at traffic lights or even reversing the bike to park it. while the tmax weight is not really an issue, its height is one of the main reason I am contemplating between it and honda silverwing. yam seat is 800mm while sw is 740mm. good luck

I 1.79 but the previously time I tried with slipper I find it hard to reverse. Hayabusa is heavy but asleast my foot both flat it’s easier.

 

Anyway I think I gonna go consign my bike since it starting show problem. Hopefully a good Christmas present for myself.

Could be your clutch wearing off or maybe rollers wear off. I might be wrong. Best is bring to your mech to get it checked out.
