If ur forks or fork stem not bent, it's free. If it is then shops usually charge around 80-90 for pressing.

True but it is better to play safe. They do the hard running in for less than an hour. We use the bike for years. I've a friend who did not do a proper running in for his x1 years ago and less than 3 mths he had to overhaul his engine. I guess its based on luck? Or regular oil change? He likes to go fast.
