The outing on 2nd july should be happening, the last outing was on the 23rd last month so its more than a month since the regulars here met. Its a good thing that you can come because the more the merrier, provided you dont keep quiet through out the day.

 

Bro, if i meet up with "member baru", sure quiet.. hahaha.. like malu2 like tat.. i'll try my bez k.. juz have to hang out often to be comfortable rite..

 

Btw sparkan, change chain n front+rear sprockets, cost $45 izzit?? when i go change my eo 2 days ago,i ask the mech there, then he say 45 dols.. i tot chain onli will cost like 60... hahahah... im happy tat its cheap but quality wise?? any brand to recommend me for chain n sprockets?? im tinking of changing my sprockets to--front 14 & rear 42..

Yes sir, i am using a damper... The reason why i fix the damper is a long story, so i will save that for the meet up.... The brand is Ohlins.... U interested, i can hook you up.... I rather not discuss pricing here, i scared lah... wait bike tio aim... whahahaha.... Its definitely worth it, but you shall plan it for the last item once you got everything sorted... It helps with the light feeling for the handlebars...

 

My advice is to always cover your bike or install a reliable bike alarm if you are getting a similar damper.

after riding with the stock air box & exhaust, find the bike kinda restrictive...

thus thinking of getting simota air filter (direct plug & play into air box) or simota air pod filter aka "mushroom"....

mayb it will do good....??

 

I onli scare too much air inflow (esp wif pod) will make it nt so good...lol

 

Nice 1 bro.... for air filter.... Just 1 guideline to follow... " what goes in must come out".... So if change open pod, means more air goes in... So on the other end, more air needs to come out.... So an aftermarket pipe is required to balance the flow.... Hope this helps....

Sprockets settings wise, the sizing you need to read alot of pages back where i posted the ratio out... I cant seem to find that page... Sprockets normal can already, chain wise try to get Japan made... I am using DID Japan gold.... My chain alone cost SG$80... But its been a year, with proper oiling it has served me well....

$45 is a good deal already, just make sure its heavy duty and it should be enough if you're on the budget side.

That is considered a good price. Most shops charge more than that.
