Hey guys i need some help regarding my spark , 2days ago i changed my bike battery cause the previous battery when i turn my ignition on the neutral light it didn't light up and i went to a bikeshop to confirm if indeed its the battery that is flat before changing it. After changing the battery when i turn on my ignition the neutral light lights up and i went home, But just now when i turn on my ignition to start my bike the neutral didn't light up ,

 

Wanna ask you guys what's wrong with my bike ?

The brand of the battery is Shinko if i'm not mistaken :)

 

They took it out from the box and fixed it on my bike, I check to see if the new battery is working paid up and left the shop.

 

Just now head out turn on my ignition neutral light didn't light up, Maybe it could be the rectifier problem as duo said will head back to ask the mechanic what's the problem.

 

Check your wiring connections. Check your fuse. If u have a voltmeter even better. If the rectifier is spoilt, rev the bike and the voltage will go over 13.8 to 14. If the voltage doesn't go up, then it's your coil. If u don't have a voltmeter on ur bike, go cry/fix one. Shinko batteries suck btw. Light blue in colour right? Even if it's new it should last you a few days, should your coil render useless. The newer sparks have coil issues. Hmm.

Isnt that the new 2011 Spark that many malaysians are riding?

 

Dont think its available yet. Have not seen any SG registered ones.

Yup. I'm always seeing one MX with Yoshimura pipe around my workplace and it's beautiful. Not to mention it's fast!!!

I'm in love with the 100/70 rear!

 

I'm consider to get the Sniper MX or CBR250R.
