Its about wind turbulence/aerodynamics/weight distribution. If you dont quite understand these words then a little hard to explain. What you working as bro?

Relax. There'a reason why aeroplanes and F1 race cars goes through the wind tunnel test. Still no clue? Ride with your hands on the handlebar at all times. That is how you should be riding. Do not constantly scare yourself becoz of something minor.

Your box is an obstacle to the flow of air cutting through you when you ride. It causes resistance, so that's why your front shakes alot on slow speeds.

Not all mechs speak chinese? Some can speak chinese and malay and english. Haha. Anyway money talks so it doesn't matter if your mech don't speak english, he'll find a way.

Cannot be bro. Stock can go 140 without any mods. Means there's something wrong with your engine. Go for a checkup
